How many HP did you set for F-4G? Because in dat files are less HP defined than 13. In this case I use the another F-4’s HP settings on inner wing AGM-45/78/88 get dobule AIM-9 rail (which is unneccesary now) and on left/right side in case you put only two bombs on HP they are not mirrored & symmetric.
Rackgroup definitions are total mess…
Work, work…I fact, all dat file have not good rack definitions. Use this.

Is there ETA for fixed F-4F IAF and F-4EJ?
I do no understand something regardless work all model. After I press update partent record the DOF and switch values are updated to different. If I updade a parent record does LE and the LOD set well these values? Why is different all hitbox data at these values what is on the screenshot? I set the screenshot values but I’m not sure which is the good… All moving parts worked with values on sreenshot and after I just pressed on update parent record.

I didnt understand the Question Monli… Can you make it a little clearer? I didnt change any hitbox values. I changed only the nDOF,Nswitch,nslot values and the values of the posiition in every slot.

Sniper did you copy the .dat files and let them overwrite? Also the .fed file? Remember in LodEditor to change the nSlot from whatever value it haves in 13 for every model.
To everybody: There is a plan to shera some day all my objexts folder witch contains the F-4’s and JanHas F-16’s and some other goodies but i dont know when and where.

All .dat file overwrited and also .fed file. Values in LOD Editor all changed as in the screenshots you provided

I have not tried but my bet is yes. Only question what AI can do on deck, what a player can do on deck. Even if you integrate the wing models and skins maybe won’t be harmonized if you see them from cockcpit.

Yes this might be a problem. I saw allready some weird behaviour on Deck from an f-14… 1st one took off ok the 2nd one just fell into the sea!
anyway i will try also.
ETA for the updated models probably next week that i will have the time to work again on them or the weekend. I just have to export and save the models again and reupload them in mediashare (i made an account) and also tell the e-haf guys to renew the file in their public server as well… -
So i tried the “E” version. and it odnt work,at least not as supposed it will be. I havent copied the whole .dat file cause i saw that new dat files are completely different and needs a lot of editing to work with those 3d models. Skin-wise and 3dmodel wise it was 60% working, no animatinon on any moving part and a strange color-glare on the canopy dont let you see the pilots inside. Anyway any idea will be helpfull.

Of course. I wish to add my Korea '80s theater for BMS4.33. As long as nobody confirm any better F-4 3D model creation these are the best what we have.

First test, with the old dat file overwritten the new dat file in sim folder everything seems to work exept the Canopy it like a mirror and only in some angles you can see inside… any ideas?
Using the old dat files seems to work, meaning animation and stuff. So is possible to use the lods but only with theese dat files the only thing to edit and work on it seems to be the canopy thing. Thats what i trie to figure out now. It seems it has to do with the color used in the lod file but this means a lot of work…Edit: Has to do with Glass Enviroment mapping in config editor… When off everything is ok when on Canopies are like mirrors!

B imported. Strange thing canopy in B model looks ok with glass enviroment……
still havent added all skins though cause of conflicts
Edit: Too many conflicts for some reason, tried to load more skins by changing the # of each texture but cause of the highdef textures still in some parts u see the old one for an unknown reason, sometimes the game was crashing,others it just loaded the #2 lod. Thats by replacing the models, i havent try yet to "install a new one yet with all its textures. But whenever i changed the texture list in the root of the lod file it always crashes or not loading… Today i will see how it goes by installing

Further testing… but no go… strange artifacts after installing E,ESK,DSK,D,B,C,J apeared on the coast of north Korea from Socho (?) i had safety backup of everything ofcourse and tried again moving back the original files no artifacts… ill check them thorougly molni i can send you some dat files if you want to check your self as well…

I got an info from my friend. He asked JanHas and was said he works on F-4 3D model. I plan to ask more detal, because in case comes with U1 or not soo far maybe it is just waste of time working on this.
