Out of curiosity I did then install all MFDE versions released in the past.
The last one working for me is v.0570x86âŚ.Unfortunately this release does not work with 4.33. Guess I have to wait 3-4 weeks for a newer version.Anyway - thanks a lot for your patience and help. Cheers!

Holy shit !!! I got it running (after 2 days)
Here is what I did:
Installed v.0.5.7.0 (latest working version for 4.32 for me) then just manually deleted the MFD Extractor program folder at âC:\Program Files (x86)\Falcon MFD Extractorâ and installed the latest MFDE v.0.6.0.1.0
VOILA! Working MFDs againâŚ
:bdance:

Awesome! Wonder what it was that was blocking it? Donât touch it though, now its working.
-
I can confirm Dolphinâs exact solution. I first just installed latest MFDE version. Did not work (all settings lost in every menu, start+stop greyed out). I uninstalled, then installed latest working version (0.5.7 for me too). Removed the program folder, and then ran installer of newest version.
It then worked immediately! And it had kept ALL my settings, including the position of all instruments on the screen!

Ringofire over at viperpits.org mentioned something about inconsistencies in different type of MFDE installers and manual deeinstallation - that finally did the trick.

Same to me, i think that is something with the new bms version and Displaylink that make that mfde and other extract mfd software no work on fullscreen.
Launch mfde on bms windowed mode must work to youâŚ. but with a lost of fps
-
I run mine as administrator, that worked for me.
-
No problems here on Win7, though im a first time user on this OS.
Did you guys Uninstall first and then delete left over folders and dataâŚâŚInstall path & User/AppData/Local/MFDExxxxxx
Just a thought.

Yes, I did all oft that, including cleaning the registry of any MFDE entriesâŚstill no luck. It worked just once but after a reboot it was broken again.

Not sure if it is related to 4.33 (I have not noticed it before in 4.32); but I run 4.33 with the latest MFDE version. Yesterday we had a MP flight. At rampstart; fuel totalizer at 7900. Fuel gauge in the cockpit as it should be; but the MFDE extracted gauge on my second screen showed a red label, as would occur in case of an fuel imbalance. Is this a known issue?
-
Were you flying a single- or two-seater F-16?
What was your Fuel Quantity Indicator set to in MFDE?
-
@usafpga:
I run mine as administrator, that worked for me.
But you have Samsung u70 pluged or other that use displaylink?
-
Darkman; we were flying the D-model indeed! I am not at my BMS-pc now, but I assume the needle style is set at the C-model, which apparently would explain things. Thanks!

Nothing works for me, maybe Iâm missing something.
Windows 10 x64 not compatible ?
I donât even have the configuration window, just 2 empty MFDs are spawning and nothing else.
Any documentation somewhere ?
[EDIT] Ok, editing my own reply to let ppl know I managed to get it working on Windows 10 x64, actually it was even working from the begining but didnât know the options are called from the icon in bottom right corner (near time). Now I must find how to export MFDs but DED or any other gauge is working perfectly.

Hello,
I have a similar problem as some of you guys.
When I run MFDE in window mode, it works great, but when I launch the game in full screen MFDE doesnât work (BLANK on default image).I try to use
Version 0.6.1.1
Version 0.6.1.0I set
falcon bms.cfg file in \Falcon BMS 4.33\User\Config:
g_bExportRTTTextures set to 1?
g_nRTTExportBatchSize set to 1? (or change âExport a new set of images to shared memoryâ to âevery 1 video frameâ in MFDE Options).I try to run MFDE as admin and witout windows theme composition.
But every time same issue.
Windowed mode OK - Full screen Not WorkingâŚ.I have GTX 660 Nvidia
Samsung U70 with displaylink drivers 7.7.60366.0 versionCan some one help me or suggest something to try ?
