Regarding IFF…

So Dee-Jay I just want to apologize to you for my stance on this.
Previously I had advocated just “fudging” an IFF. Basically press a button and get a magic IFF, and let how it works all fall under the “simulation” umbrella.
Now, seeing again how you all are approaching development with the release of 4.33 I finally understand why such an approach is not acceptable to BMS. And, I actually agree with you in a way at this point. It certainly wouldn’t fit with the realism you are seeking in so many other aspects of the sim.
So you were right, I was wrong, and sorry for not quite getting where you were coming from. It makes sense now. I’d still like to see IFF at some point, but it needs to be done “right.”

Happy that you better understand what is the global philosophy on dev process, and I guess that, if, one day (?), we can have an IFF, it will probably be something nicely implemented (or at least, the best possible depending on expected and unexpected limitations)
…But still not firmly planed ATM … will see … prio now are fixing 433 issues and prepare an Update1.
