F-22 for Falcon BMS Creator: Fabrizio Fraccaroli. Myself.

Can’t you take what we already have out and continue to work on that in the worst case scenario?
Tomorrow I will take the computer for a technician.
I have to wait till his answer, I believe him will fix the computer. I have a backup file saved, but It is old. In case the computer not be fixed, I will have to start from a point where the next release will take a long time. But this time, the “things” will be more easy, but will take time. I’ve changed many things in the 3d model since that last Backup file. I trusted that the computer would not fail, but I was wrong believing that. Now I have learned, “make backup always” everyday after good work done. -

Hi friends, good news now…
I have fixed the problem… in the truth, I made a bet/gambling (I don’t know how you will understand that) I have 2 Hdrive in my computer, one is only for backups, and other is for the system. The last F22 backup files was in this backup HD, so I decided to install the WXP on this HD, I formated and installed, so I changed the files to a safe place, and formated again the main HD, installed everything that is needed, and now I am back to the work. All of you can breathe relaxed, because the work is going ok.
I am finishing some changes, and the next release coming soon.
Best regards
Metalhead. -

I am glad to hear that. Now back up to your models and finish that

Hello my friends.
I am uploading the “F-22-BMS-2012-09-12.rar” now, please read the entire manual, which is updated. There are some changes I’ve made. The download link will be written in the first post, when ready.
I know that it is still necessary to test the files before a public release, but I think its good, and according to feedback I have received, there is no need to get it out from the public, then its for everyone who wants to fly it. I am yet receiving all advices, criticism, well whatever. Fell free to contact me or PM
Best regards Metalhead -
I forgot to say that I am also uploading My own “objects” folder in case someone who do not know how to install my models using lod editor, or has some kind of fear, but be advised that if you made some change in your installation, when you copy My folder to your install, you will lose all things that you’ve changed. I never change my install, except the F22. Be aware of this, and have fun…
I am sending the folder with all content inside except the textures, that there is only for F22.
The file would be very large if I upload all textures. This is not necessary as you have already the textures in your install.
Just take my folder and copy and overwrite your “objects” folder. -

Hey Metalhead nice model
How many tris on it and are you planning making lower LODs for it so it can become BMS DB standard, per modeling specs thread?

Around 60000 (60 thousand). I could not reduce it to a number less that this.
Yes I wil work in the lod-2 the next days ahead, and I will try to reduce the model for a number around 30000 but not now, It will be in the next year ( I hope).
I really want it in the database, but it will take a long time, if its necessary, I draw another model, only the airframe.
You will notice that I took out the pilot, the missiles, and something more I can’t remember now. I did not like the result. I prefer the high Poly model, but the medium poly is ok.
You will enjoy.
Thanks.
Best regards

Hi gents,
Actually, can someone in the community “PLEASE” make an “One Click Installer for Metalheads F-22A”, so its easier for installs when updating using this link here…… https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?12748-One-click-installers
I appreciate what Metalheads done, I just hate the risk of messing my install and C:\ Drive which has work stuff as well.
I tried using Metalheads Objects folder and swapping didn’t work, lucky I keep a back up of that folder obviously I am doing something wrong hence why I hate moving stuff around.
I don’t understand LOD Editor.
I find one click installs so much easier, also when reinstalling things due to skins or updates, theaters etc much easier to have “INSTALLERS”…… I have skins and theater’s, etc etc etc installed, it gets to complicated for guys like myself.
I would appreciate this allot.
P.S. I will try this later … https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?12968-LOD-Editor-6-23

Importing these skins takes longer than 20 min. I wonder If I do them individually will it move faster?
