      Any one know where i can get my hands on a comms switch? my comm switch right is now inop.

        95 % of the problems are just a wire unsoldered. Try to open it and resolder the severed wire

                Well done

                These buttons hardly fail. When a problem arise, the first thing to do is check the soldering.
                No need to look for spare buttons unless all the wires are correctly soldered (and even then, it might be software)

                  Much more rare, but button issues can also be caused by defective throttle or stick pcb.

                    yep true.
                    Some of these can be fixed by reheating the solder point of some resistance on the PCB
                    Here’s a short list I compiled years ago:

                    • For T4 and T9 buttons issue - reheat solder of resistance n°4 on throttle PCB
                    • For T1, T3 & T8 buttons issue ,reheat solder of resistance R3 and/or pin 7 of the J1 connector
                    • For T5, T10 buttons issue , reheat solder of resistance R5 and/or pin 9 du of the J1 connector
                    • For T2, T6 & T7 buttons issue , reheat solder of resistance R2 and/or pin 6 of the J1 connector J1
