Update 1 for Balkans 4.33.1c…..link removed...download main install

Some guys had reported graphic anomalies with certain objects when getting closer to them. For example: some opposing force bomber would turn into buildings. This has to do with the LOD file and HDR file. Last night I spent about 8 hours working it and doing it over again from scratch. Hopefully I got it right this time. I have uploaded an update for everyone that already has the theater to update their theater with. This will make your theater revision Balkans 4.33.1c1 instead of Balkans 4.33.1c. I am currently uploading a new theater named Balkans 4.33.1c1 but until it is finished uploading, here is the update to update those who have the older version from 4.33.1c to 4.33.1c1

This update replaces the hotfix; meaning it has everything that was in the hotfix in it as well.

As soon as other install is finished uploading, I will remove the old 4.33.1c so that there isn’t any confusion as to which one to get.

Once again the old version with the 3D issues is named 4.33.1c and the new version is 4.33.1c1. You need the update if you have 4.33.1c; not if you have 4.33.1c1

Started a SP campaign in the new Balkans with the update, not the hotfix, and I ran into these guys! When I zoomed in to see what they were, the were F16s! I also got into WVR with MiG 21s and the same happened. Once I zoomed in, the jets appeared as normal.

It doesn’t look like the update was installed correctly. Did it ask you to overwrite files? If not it wasn’t install correctly. When installing it, make sure you set the path to :/Falcon BMS 4.33 U1 folder

I did sir, and yes I got the overwrite question. I’ll just uninstall and download the install with the update already in it.

mmmm yeah I’m not sure. I checked it on mine and I looked and worked fine. I took the update down since a lot of people were having problems installing it, I think because I was starting to confuse everyone with the updates/hotfixes. That is why I just rebuilt the installer.

Downloaded and installed the Theatre with the update already in it and all is well sir. Thank you. Just thought you know that the Tornado has a few skin anomalies. Not a show stopper by any means, just some info you.
