New F16 burner sound

Hello,
I sampled the F16 sounds from youtube user Zoldi211’s real-life recordings of an F16 and put them in BMS, changed some settings in the f4sndtbl file and here are the results so far
Zoldi211’s channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCb1wpdrpVxeVYePfHcFe17Q) features other jets flyable in Falcon BMS with great audio quality and has given permission for the community to use the audio for non-commercial use in Falcon BMS, so props to Zoldi211

NOT TESTED IN MULTIPLAYER YET shouldn’t really be an issue but please someone let me know if it is
-changed the ‘cone’ parameters to a more subtle change in attenuation without compromising the bass of the jet’s ‘incoming sound’ too much. You can disable the front-to-back attenuation ‘cone’ effect by removing the ‘C’ from the ‘ELFHCR’ tags if you prefer and it gives a pretty cool sound too - thanks Dee-Jaysndabext goes in Data\Sounds\Engines\Fighter\F16
f4sndtbl just sits in the Data\Sounds folderAs always, keep backups in case of problems.
I don’t intend to release anything further on this as I’m happy with it and it’s what I’ll be running and I’d rather be flying than testing now
so I’ve shared my changes up to now

Yeah I’m definitely going to post it later when I’m back from work.
I’ll need to post the sound file and f4sndtbl, you can experiment with different values but I I had to play around with them to get the best volume out of it while preserving sound quality etc. Acdata files are next but it’s a big job with the f16 family.
Looping issues - not so much, if you sat there you’d figure out where the seam is but on the whole I thinks it’s okay but it still has issues I’ve raised in another post about idling sound being a bit too quiet.

it is nice ……the most difficult part of sound so far in BMS is the sound before -during-after fly by…
so far is good the AB sound from far distances…

Question: will this work if dragged into the Balkans and Israel theaters as well…? or is there more that needs to be done with f4sndtbl.txt for those theaters

Yep it should have the same exact folder structure within “Addon Balkans” and it works just like the “Data” folder for stock Korea.
