My MFD`s keep freezing though the buttons still work but the MFD displays freeze I have to exit and then restart the app on the android I leave the server running though.
Please advise

I got the same issue, try to put the server folder on C:\ (not in C:\program files\….), then clean the rules of MDFserver in windows firewall. Now it’s working perfectly.

i published Falcon MFD for Multiple Tablets
you can download from first postwhen i click on that link it just takes me to mega.co.nz, no download link on my tablet.
actually there seems to be a link on my pc so i’ll download it there and copy
i just gave it a quick try and it seems a lot faster, even the ground radar on the right mfd updates ok, and now i can slew my radar cursor over targets on the left mfd and only a slight lag, maybe 1/4 second.
i’ll play some more and check reliability. in the old one, the apk used to freeze after a minute or so.
one request if i could, on the RWR page, put the DED too. there is lots of space on that page, may as well use it up.
also, i’d love to add a HSI to it if you are interested in me helping out.
thanks. -
Link for: Falcon MFD Server Installation File (Ver : 2.0.0.1) seems dead. Could u check please?

i just did some more testing and it is a big improvement on the old version, even runs the RWR on my old low res tablet
here are a few problems and suggestions
- start a new thread for multi tablet since this one is too long already
- mfd buttons don’t work anymore (i’m using kesmonkey’s profile and there are unassigned buttons, maybe that’s the problem)
- tablets go to sleep in the middle of a game, should set stay awake in the apk, i’ll email you the code to do that
- it gets confused and freezes if you go back to windows (windows key) and back to the game
- it would be nice to have less unnecessary button clicks, like the exit screen not necessary. and i would make different apks for left mfd, right mfd, rwr etc. that way can launch from desktop without extra button presses on the cockpit.
- put DED on RWR page and if there is space put in some other useful things like AOA, VVI, and HSI if possible.
overall, i think this is a great tool, especially for people like me with average spec computer and one screen. now i can stay in hud view 90% of the time and see all the good cockpit displays right in front on me.

I’m trying to run version 2.0.0.1 of the server file with version 1.6.2 of the APK. I’m getting the same problem that steveh2112 described earlier: the server stops as soon as I click “takeoff.” I’ve got all of the keys assigned and I’ve got my firewall set to allow the program. Even when I completely disable the firewall, the server still crashes. For those who had this problem before and managed to get the latest version running, can you describe how you did it? I’m still running an earlier version of the MFD app, which runs fine except that it’s a bit laggy; I’d like to try the latest version to see if it runs faster.

did you check you have ‘double resolution cockpit displays’ enabled in config?

I don’t; should I?
ETA: Yep, that did the trick. Thanks!

Just gave it a quick test looks way fast… the FPS loss ain’t that great but I used one tablet only for now… Tonight I will use 2 tablets for the 2 Mfd’s via your app with display extraction and a third for the ICP via monsters web App cause it’s a blackberry Playbook and can’t run android apps.
May I suggest - request somethings please???
Is there a way to port this app for Blackberry also? In some searches I did I read it’s rather easy to do. Also a member here ported Kosmo’s BMS flight bag app from Android to Blackberry. But it’s just me I believe so not a big thing. Don’t know if there r other Blackberry users here…
As I see u removed the rotate function and its using only Portrait. The problem is, in Portrait way for my tablets the power connector is so close to the desk so I can’t have it on a stand and on power at the same time and flights like more then an hour will drain the battery… So it would be nice to leave auto rotate on and if it doesn’t fit on the screen I don’t mind swipe up down to see the buttons I need. If this is undoable at least give an option to rotate 180 to the other side. I believe this is the case for most of the tablets.
On Portrait my tablets (7" and 8") are smaller then my stand and I don’t have an easy (nice) way to have them like this… they are unstable and can slip and fall on the desk risking damaging them. Well I can do a trick fixate them or could buy a better stand. Not a big thing I will find a solution on this.
An option to always keep the screen on if possible would be nice. Sure this can be done via tablet settings, so not a big thing.
Also in my 7" tablet 1024 x 600 when I click on the ICP it goes to DED, doesn’t display the ICP page at all.
That’s all for now… The always demanding Arty… sorry…
Super Great Application. You are great mate.
Edit I forgot… the English PDF guide link is dead.

I don’t know . But I am thinking Blackberry does not have android operating system.
An other thing is “Portrait”
I will try to convert it to “Landscape”, but i am not sure to do .
Because of i don’t have space to turn (Specially ICP-DED screen) -
