Hello,
Thank you very much for your reports !
I will update tonight (already did after wake up left air intake).
Manos, could you describe the corner issue about the vertical stab ?
I will add the camera also tonight and the intakes plates.
If I have time I will make ejection seat too.
Cheers,
Radium

It a small difference i know and i might not be 100% correct. My eye just caught on that. Ill chack every photo and site as well to be sure.
For sure i know 100% for the intakes and also 1 small thing as well is the main gears on the G at least had also a bulge cause of the wider wheels the G had cause of the extra weight.
If we didnt had a lockdown i would gladly go to the War museum here in Athens and get pictures for you from the 104 on its Yard
Cheers!

On the main gear doors : In a model you can see it here :
Nice referrence also here : http://www.sbap.be/aircraft/f104g/f104g.htm
You can slightly see it here: if you see closely the main gear doors.
Again from model parts : Left is the bulgedEDIT: Some units didnt had the camera on the windshield. I have to search a bit more about it

Here is what I’ve found for F-104S pylons and rack
Fuselage : BL-22 (left and Right) to be used with LAU-7 for AIM-9
Seems BL-22 is not used for F-104G , F-104J or F-104DJ
Do not know if BL22 can hold any other thing that a LAU-7
External wing (the one between the regular BL75 wing station and the wing tip) : BL104 to be used with LAU-7 for AIM-9 or ASPIDE

Hello,
In the end, conversion to F-104G is not easy.
But anyway, here I am :
I adjusted a huge number of things, to adjust F-104J to F-104G.
I still have a lot of things to adjust, but we are close from something nice.
I think, I will need a couple of days to finish mesh cleaning, and texture adjustements.
But, for now, I like how does she looks.
Cheers !

Great stuff Man

Beautiful, as always… : ) You had mentioned AS.30 and Kormoran loadouts: are you planning to model those munitions, as well (both could use it)?

Fans of both Japanese and European aircraft will be grateful, indeed! Question: it this mesh significantly more poly’s/tri’s/complex than the DJ .lod?

What are the triangular fairings on the lower-read area, the CM dispensers?

Hello buddies,
some news here.
While I’m finishing F-104 package (pylons, tests, weapons etc…), I decided that I will finally not do F-104ASA/M.
Main reason is that Luke/Dema already did one, and it’s not worth time doing a new one, I have other projects in mind to start soon.
My package will then contain, in the end :
- F-104J, JASDF bare metal, 7th Wing, 20th fighter squadron
- F-104J, ASDF Blue ACM meet camo, 5th Wing, 202th fighter squadron
- F-104J, ROCAF grey, 499th Tactical Fighter Wing
- F-104C, USAF southeast asia camo, 479th Tactical Fighter Wing
- F-104G, German naval air arm, Marinefliegergeschwader 2
- F-104DJ, JASDF bare metal, 5th Air Wing, 204th fighter squadron
- F-104DJ, JASDF ACM meet camo, 5th Air Wing, 204th fighter squadron
Hope you will enjoy !
Cheers,

Might one inquire if this will be released independently, or as part of a future BMS version release? I apologize if this question has already been addressed. …And I’m certain that we will all enjoy it, enormously, regardless! Btw, I believe the proper designation for the F-104C 497th TFW would be “Southeast Asia Cammo”… : P

As usual, It will be released with a further BMS release.
That being said, I’m thinking to do something to release them much more quickly (such as all my models).
Cheers,
Radium
