Mano my friend, thanks for your offer but it has no meaning to i do this right now.
As i said we are fully working for the next Aegean, so i can’t check your campaign that is probably for the version 1.21…
If you are experienced in creation of campaign, then wait to we have a good state of the next version and then we can contact if you want.

Nikos, I understand now. I guess this will be a separate branch for now working with the older version of Aegean 1.2.
Again, this is not my work on the campaign (check first post for credits) and I’m not proficient in campaign editing.
Maybe when you release your latest version, you can convert this campaing to work with it.
Manos1981, thanks for the files I’ll give it a try. Maybe you can help Nikos finish this nice terrain at once. This campaign is pretty fun to fly and is very different from any other I’ve experienced in Falcon world. -
I managed to fix Bandirma AB in the campaign:
The base is now leveled and in the propper place. The two F-16 squandrons over there are no more stuck on the ground and the air war got way more exciting.
Now I’m going to try to figure out why RWR doesn’t show when I’m locked on and fired upon from Ships and Patriot systems. Right now there’s no warning like from IR missile. So be very cautious around these systems.
Another thing I’ll try to do for the next update is for all the unactive squadrons to be set by HQ by default. Right now is really anoying to do that everytime one starts a new campaign.
I see there were a lot of people with issues when installing the mod, so for the next version I’ll try to pack up everything in one single automatic install.Cheers,

Made some nice progress last night. Balikesir Air Base had also leveling issues which I menaged to fix and the F-16 squadron over there is active now.
Also managed to set all squadrons to be set by HQ with Falcas Mission Commander (big thanks to agalnov for the tip). The annoying task of setting each squadron by hand on the beginning of the campaign is no more.
With MC I found how to fix the campaign colours so now Greece is blue and Turkey is red:But I still have this issue with the mini map on the beginning:
Anyone know how to fix that?

- Bandirma and Balikesir ABs are leveled and positioned properly. TuAF air forces are not stuck on the ground anymore.
- All squadrons are set by HQ now.
- Fixed coalitions color, Greece is blue and Turkey is red.
- Added HAF F-4s, F-16 CFT and TuAF F-5s squadrons in the campaign, with unrealisic order of battle, optimized for better campaign experience and balanced air war.
- Special thanks to agalnov and molnibalage for helping me out with solving a lot of issues!
With this update the main focus is on fixing the air war in the campaign. I did some edits and extensive testing to achieve a really balanced and enjoyable flight experience, which is still challenging at the same time.
I know the order of battle differs from real life, but you have to understand that Falcon 4 campaign engine is really hard to fine tune. So that’s why Aegean Wars is about fun and fictional experience. If you seek real life accuracy on squadrons and air bases I strongly recommend checking out East Mediterranean Front.Known bugs:

Its because your campaign file, Teams order-structure/Strings.wch entries are incorrect.
Not to mention, you now have 2 Nea Anchialos airbases in your campaign file. ID#312, one located at X-168/Y-551 and the other at X-106/Y-647, and they’re two different airbase types. This campaign file is a mess.
And yes, I’m getting CTD’s also.
I recommend no one download this update.
You need to learn how to edit the correct files and understand how they work hand in hand with everything else before you issue Add on theaters or modded folders to the public. Simple as that.

Cloud 9, I really appreciate your help so far, but this statement was totally unnecessary. Way 2 go on motivating the people that are trying to learn. And thanks for promising me help in the past and then ignoring my PMs for half a year.
I’ll learn the hard way sooner or later how to fix everything I need. This campaign maybe is a mess or not (which again is not my fault as I’m trying to continue other people’s work), but I’ve received lots of positive feedback even in this current state.btw, I’ve already fixed the issue with duplicated Nea Anchialos air base, the second one (ID#319) is Tanagra AB. The CTD issue will be next!

Alright, I found out what causes the CTDs - the problem is not that much with the campaign itself, but with BMS main install and it is a little wierd. After looking through the crash logs I found other people with the same problem:

So if Falcon crashes on exit after flying the campaign, just go to your screenshots and ACMI folder and remove all files (you don’t have to delete them, just back them up somewhere).
After that I didn’t have any crashes and everything was running smooth. I also fixed some errors in save0.cam file with Monster’s Terrain Tool, then brought that .cam file to an older backup of BMS root folder with screenshot and ACMI files in it and it didn’t do any crashes! I’ll upload this fix soon, just wanted to do some editing first on the ground war - set new locations for armor and lower the number of SAMs a little bit.Cheers
