Balkans 4.33 Update 3.2

Hey guys,

Found some more annoying issues in the Balkans, so here is an update to fix them.

See changelog below

- Re-positioned 08_26, 26_08 and 12_30 airbases to place them more on the airbase tiles
- Decreased amount of trees/grass around all airbases....hopefully this will fix the ground crashes issues
- Updated Balkans MAIP.pdf by Nikos
- Fixed elevation issue at Practica di Mare Airbase
- Updated some terrain tile on generic airbases to have a tile that fits it.  32_14 for example
- Adjusted some road paths around airbases.  Hopefully will keep ground units from moving through the airbase
- Updated Balkans.tdf file to say version 3.2

Please make sure you have Balkans 3.1 update installed before you install Balkans 3.2 update. You can check this by going in your game, going into Theaters, click on the Balkans and it should say 3.1….if it does, install 3.2

Note: I will update the main installer with this update and re-upload it so it is current. Once this update is installed, Balkans 3.1 becomes Balkans 3.2

After v3.2, I’m not able to taxi out on RWY 08 at Pula airport. The airplane is falling through the taxiway. No problem with v3.1.

Update: Same thing just happened at Grobnicko Polje Airport, exact same spot. So I guess this bug affects all 08-26 runways.
Going back to v3.1…

Be sure to apply FIRST the update 3.2 and THEN this Hotfix v3.21. Instructions included.

This new Hotfix is a cumulative one, means includes also the correction of Hotfix v3.21. Can be applied over Hotfix v3.21 or over Balkans v3.2.

Yes any tree issue that was reported since today has been fixed. Hopefully there isnt anymore

I have seen
