Thanks a lot guys, finally the registry hack did the trick. I’ve used it as above, giving up the the stick Z axis, the rudder.
So, if I understand it correctly, it disables this rudder for other sims too (like DCS, for example)?

Even so I switched from X52 to X65F I had it for quite a long time.
If you want to get the best out of the ministick in terms of usability tzhere is no way around reordering the axis within the registry. And in addition use Exponential curve and saturation for Curor X/Y introduced with BMS 4.34.1 (U1).
What you have to keep in mind in order to setup the ministick DX Axes is that you have to give up one of your other axis. I gave away the twist rudder as I’m using Rudder pedals. Another option might be the slider on the throttle.
For both I could make reg files even another one to reset back to originalIf you stick to keystroke even when setting to a single keystroke you need to setup the bands correctly and use the advanced command function with a seperate Press and Release
Thank you oakdesign, I will have a look to your solution.
Hi guys,
I cannot manage to make the ministick work for radar cursor control. Well, not really, it works but cursor does not stop when I release the ministick, making radar work impossible. I know this issue has been discused in the past but cannot find any “modern” messages or solutions.
I’ve tried the usual stuff: changing keybindings (thanks to the awesome Keyfile editor!) so only single keys are used for this control (no Shifts, Alts or whatever), making Advanced keystrokes with Press & Release distanced by some miliseconds, installing older drivers and Saitek programming software, even changing Windows language! (believe or not, some years ago Saitek software had better functionalities if Windows was in English instead of in Spanish ).
The only thing I haven’t tried is to use the ministick as a DX device through Windows Registry. I am not savvy enough and the tutorials I found are for the non-Pro X52.
Any ideas? Come on, I cannot be the only X52 Pro user here! :p:D:D:D
Totally agree with my classmates here, it has been a privilege to share the course with them, the instructors and the Red team, but above anything else it’s been a great pleasure.
Wow!!! It looks amazing!! Now I can bomb my office
Thanks a lot for the great job!
When a bird (a pigeon, actually) crosses from left to right in front of your car and you immediately start calculating angles and speed to get on its tail.
And realize that you are overchuting XD
Or when, driving your car again, you try to pull gently the driving wheel to climb this small hill…
Some nice squadron numbers from our last online campaign…:D
