I do not believe there is a time frame for aircraft to disappear once they are shot down. If there was you would need to extend this greatly and that would also have an impact on frame rates, resources etc. So for low level you would see aircraft there a lot longer than the program allows by default. Anything that uses extra Graphics Ram etc. I would not think worthwhile although if there was such a kick ass machine capable of running it, then it could only be server based. Using your own pc for this would cause too much lag. Imagine everything slowing down just because the graphics were so busy trying to pixilate the falling aircraft.

So no I don’t think this is practical.

Hey Spooky the one thing that cannot be taken into account for your attacks is the CIWS which these ships (well just about all to now) have. 2 on each side can provide direct targeting of any inbound missile. Dodging SAN6s is one thing for you but not the same for Harpoons etc. Has any provision been made for CIWS in regard to percentage getting through?

I’m keeping mine on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. Reviews on Windows 10 don’t inspire confidence. Also don’t like the interface. If I had Windows 8 I might change but not now.

Guys maybe “RTFM” should never be considered a valid response to these sorts of questions as it depends on how much gets taken in when a newbie first reads it. Depends if you have a photographic memory or not. FYI I don’t so I have to refresh my memory on those portions of the manual that I don’t use all the time. Just part of the learning curve.
