Jinxed it!, flew over AAA on ingress without noticing and didn’t go combat spread yet. My first flight after a few months of hiatus. Surprisingly everyone lived.

During a Red Flag training event, organised by the Simulated Royal Danish Air Force over a period of approximately one month, the Belgian Virtual Tigers participated as the opposing force for BLUFOR, also known as Aggressors.
During yesterday’s final graduation flight, filmed from the perspective of SNAKE 12 (Eagle-Eye), the Belgian Virtual Tigers were given an area to defend against an overwhelming amount and varieties of BLUFOR aircraft. Despite a 1:3.5 ratio (for each REDFOR aircraft, there were 3.5 BLUFOR aircraft), the Belgian Virtual Tigers came out victorious, with no losses and 13 kills.

Hi, Eagle-Eye
Congratulations to the Belgian Virtual Tigers ! (from Kleine Brogel surely :D)

Hey RedTiger,
Our squadron name is indeed based on the 31st Tiger Squadron from Kleine Brogel. We have no official link with them, though (unfortunately)…

Good video. What’s the IFF stuff? You have a broken AIM9 texture too btw.

Thanks.
When you say IFF stuff, are you referring to the DED Page seen at 1.45(ish)? If so, that has no function in-game (yet), but we do it for realism’s sake. IRL, what that action would do is allow my transponder to send out my M3-code (civil equivalent is “transponder Mode A”, also called a “squawk”), which is a unique 4-digit identifier, and M5 (also called “Mode C”) enables transmission of altitude. With that, ATC can see who I am, and how high I’m flying.
The theatre is still WIP and currently using an old database, so that’s why we have the broken AIM-9 texture.

Footage from a training exercise where I did AWACS for the guys and Fulcrum did tower. Since I wasn’t in 3D in the cockpit watching the guys depart/recover as AWACS, I used some stock footage here and there. I doubt anyone wants to watch all 52 mins of comms and the UI map, but here you go.
If you ever do AWACS from the UI, turn on the object labels. I forgot to do it for the first half of the flight and it made it a lot more difficult. Also, I recommend using a custom VHF for the F2 key so you have two freqs you can use.
