Taxi Light operation

I have heard that it is possible to change the taxi light beam width. I have not found any means to do so yet. I noticed that my taxi light is about half of the width of my AI wingman’s light.
Any help would certainly be appreciated.

It should be pretty wide already. It’s the landing light that is narrow.

The taxi / landing light has three positions:
Up / Landing
Center / Off
Down / TaxiRegards

[shift+L] is the default key binding to cycle the 3 modes. It kinda works like high-beams in a car.
ps You are not the only one who was confused … when 4.35 dropped, I had been experimenting with running pretty wide my fov settings … my first night landing in 4.35, when taxiing, I thought the beam was so narrow because I’d way overcooked my fov … lol
