Here is a nice 3d printed HAL sensor
-
I concur, I was just looking into the support level that TM was giving. still need microstick pot, anyone. Tried cleaning, no help.
Bah, the microstick is useless, after 7 years i’ve given up on it. I just use the comms switch for the rdr cursors and shifted keypresses for the regular comms functions.

Update
The hall sensor is funtional on both x and y axis.
Just need to iron out some design flaws and make the sensor place holder a bit more solid. -

Very nice neat and will cure many cougars. If it’s cheap guys that are still with default pontesiometers can transit to this solution for better accuracy.
Nice alternative until a 3d printed FFC solution comes up, hopefully soon enough.while u r there maybe a solution for those center plays?
like a round 3d printed wedge or chock? -
This looks fantastic and +1 on the center play fix. How is the throttle hall sensor coming along? just asking, No pressure.

In case you missed it, check post #50 in this thread. That is where i am at the moment.

After some tweaking and testing the prototype is finished.
I have ordered 100 PCB’s, these PCB should be the final product.
After finishing one set i will do a run -

Update
The 100 little PCB’s came in today. I immediately fired up the soldering iron and started cooking.
The complete set TQS and stick are fully functional with the hall sensors.
Just waiting for some other parts to do a production run.
Pricing will be available soon. -
I guess the kits will be for complete stick & throttle upgrades? I’m only really after a throttle sensor, my stick gimbal is shot & I have a fssb requiring a minor repair to go back in & plans to buy a VKB Gunfighter Pro so I have no real use for the stick sensors.
-
It will be a separate sales tqs, stick or as a kit.
-
Nice work Redneck! Increasingly looking forward to the tqs kit with every pot-spike I get:eek:
-
Great work, can’t wait to get my hands on one. you da man!
-
Count me in for a throttle kit. Will I still need the Tusba after the update?
-
Count me in.

Count me in, too!!
