I think it is the BMS DX9: even concrete taxiways can blind you sometimes. I don’t know if that effect can be altered.

Hi Snail,
Move your HDR bloom slider completely to the left. You can find it in Setup, Graphics.

Snail, that “HDR bloom slider” is the only answer i’ve heard so far…Unlike FF/DXM code which can set different reflectivity values in different parts of model, FWIW the BMS4 code seems apply the same reflectivities to all nodes/faces.
-
Hi Falcas,
Does it effect the whole BMS appearance?

There was a swedish soundpack with the FF5 version so I guess this will be available here too.
-
There still is a Swedish soundpack, which may come available in the config editor (in FF you find it in the AJS37 and JA37 cockpit folders (art/ckptart)). But I need to get someone’s permission first.
-
Excellent work, Snail and everyone else.

An update: both aircraft AJS37 and JA37 are ready, thanks to Pumpy and Ram. Now moving on with the weaponry.

BTW:.did I misread this Frits-or were you involved in RL Viggen paintshemes?
-
Well, involved,
the paint on the AJSH37 at the Aviodrome in Lelystad was in bad condition because the aircraft is exhibited in the open: after a few years the colors were faded and you could see the aluminium at a lot of places. So they asked me about the right colors. Which is not easy to find out because the Swedish Airforce doesn’t provide information about it and it aren’t standard colors. I have mailed several contacs in Sweden. After a month or so I finally got a useful email. When I passed this information on to the Aviodrome, it appeared that someone already had started the paint job, using wrong colors and glossy paint while the splinter camo should completely matt. They have chosen glossy paint because matt paint picks up dirt more quickly. Of course it can be undone by repainting, but I think the next 5 years it will be dressed in a sort of clowns suit in stead of a military camo livery.
