Diverend! Some buildings are single features. Others include 3-4 buildings.
-
Diverend? You mean split?
Well if max for 1 model are 3-4 buildings there is your fps killer.
I presume the issue are not gfx and Tris but CPU and the number of objectives and features.
Also killer for the person or persons that placed them there.
Buildings look well spread and variation looks good also.
Having Istanbul in BMS in playable fps, well is a good thing. It’s a 14m+ ppl city.Στάλθηκε από το MI 5 μου χρησιμοποιώντας Tapatalk

Both, actually.
GPU likes to get work in large batches, the larger the better. So you better send to it 1M tris in a single draw call, than 100K tris in 100K draw calls.
The bottleneck in such case is the number of draw calls and the way the engine works. Of course, processing of all those features doesn’t help as well. -

I actually did not know BMS showed that when passing the speed of sound. This happened at mach 2 though, and it should be at mach 1, shouldn’t it ? -
