Logitech X56 joystick mini-stick question,,,,for those that own this HOTAS
-
I have the Logitech X56 HOTAS, but I noticed on the joystick the mini-stick (used for moving the cursor in TGP, FCR and A/A) the cursor keeps moving in game. I have tried increasing the dead zone in the game, but it still moves. I was wondering if there was anywhere else I can increase the dead-zone for the mini-stick?
I also have tried to recalibrate the X56 joystick, but it seems an all encompassing recalibration and I don’t know if the mini-stick is being recalibrated. I cannot just calibrate the mini-stick.If you own this HOTAS, do you know of a way to increase the dead-zone for the mini-stick alone.

I don’t have one, but you can set deadzone in Alt Launcher to Small/Medium/or Large. A better place to ask would be https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?55-Logitech. Good luck!

Hi
I vaguely remember the problem.
I have X52. I have chosen to use only the X-axis on the mini-stick. I have set it up as “bands” in the “profile editor” and use it for waypoint + or -, as well as with shifts like + or - on HSD “zoom”.
Use another “pov hat” for FCR, TGP, etc. . . -
A video to explain how to add a dead zone on the mini stick.
