Is this a Moskit, isnt’?
And what about this one? Seems to be in the ramp….
And more one:
-
About first pic
Yup its a Moskit but entire weapon config is really strange - one long range ASM and 2 short range ARMs under fuselage… If i have good remember there are KH-27 (AS-12 Kegler)…Other photos are probably from Monino AF Museum

I think it was planned to put one in the Su27K (SU-33)….Janes wrote was cancelled. Yefim in 2004 does not write clearly that it was fielded and when. In all his books after that I could not find any reference to it.
There are some pictures but of acft in expositions…the last one above is of the SU-27K prototype…

The model of the Moskit was on the T-10K-5, T-10K-6 and the 109 number T-10K-9 only for demonstration purpose. That is it. Never went farther the whole thing.
And these were not live weapons.
Was not a single live weapon launch or even carrying the live weapon. Just on the ground on Mosaeroshow. This is an very old image about proto of Su-34 when it was called differently, it was the 2nd prototype.
Should we add Mostkit just because a model of the weapon was put for marketing goal on the plane on the ground about early '90s? Nope.
The Moskit is just as “real” as AGM-84 on F-14 or AIM-54 on F-4s. Or not even serious. You can find images about these test, but they were never applied. The Moskit is also such thing. It was just an idea not more than that.
During the Syrian trip in 2016 the Su-33 used only bombs. During the peacetime live fire practice even the UB rockets were rare only gun and bombs. When the Su-33s were manufactured following the collapse of the USSR even the Kh-29 missiles were forgotten for the plane even it was planned the Kh-25/29/31 family at least.
During the whole career the combat capability of the Su-33 from CV was questionable because it could take off only about 1000-1500 kg weapons with 50% fuel. In cold weather but in Syria this was even smaller because of the higher air temperature.
Most of the flight time was consumed just keeping the CV capability. The Su-33 was the plane of the Cold War and vanished almost the whole by the collapse of the USSR. And the bad selection by the lobby in USSR. The MiG-29K would be the good choice not the Su-27K… -

Whci a/c are using the Moskit then?

There is though a chinese version of the KH-31 (not the KH-41), which is a supersonic missile, +200nm range: the YJ-12. It is about 2/3 of the P-270 moskit in size and weight
It can be carried by the H-6 Badgers and the JH-7s more recently. Thus it may be relevant for KTO scenario in the future. It also comes in a ship-launched version.
And I have killed many US carriers in the Yellow Sea recently in CMO….lovely. -
when can we use these models? Does anyone know where I can find the Sukhoi cockpit? please

I strongly believe Radium would love to turn this beast to an EW Jamming platform, somewhat equivalent to the EA-18G Growler…
(Found on FB - Images via by78/SDF and courtesy of HKWY via Huitong’s CMA-Blog)
As it seems, the J-16D carries something like a “family” of new generation EW pods - ESM/ELINT/ECM (?) - eventually designated RKZ930 (?).

I would kindly as firs the Su-24MP because the superpower USSR/Russia (from any theater and scenario) does not have a SOJ jammer plane.

Oh, I am not asking anything, just posting something I’ve accidentally found that just maybe Radium might find interesting one day to implement. No matter the outcome I mean he just needs to know about this (if he didn’t already knew).

Hello,
Thank you to my friend Mav-JP.
I made a big mistake on my Su-35 : there is no longer spine airbrake, but rudder combined airbrakes like F-22 or F/A-18E.
It was long to correct for both model and texture (and I have to take care now of Su-35SK), but VVS Su-35S model is now fully updated.
I also improved LODs, but this is another story.
Cheers,
Radium

Fantastic model

Hello,
coming back on Su-35, I used some special render to texture layers to enhance the final texture :
What do you think ?
