Weapon Delivery Planner released

@RAD:
I get this error every time I attempt to save the DTC. For instance, I loaded a saved DTC then changed a few of the stpt lines and ppts then tried to save. That’s when this error pops up.
And at what theater did you set WDP? Is that theater installed on your system?

Hi Falcas!
I’ve already tlked about that with you (intergration of the Comm Plan into datacard) … now … I’m thinking about being able to print the comm plan on a separate sheet like it for the Target list …
Would be really useful to have the comm plan printable… no need to check each freq/channel in 2D before flight.

? if you mean the coordination card, this on can be printed already for a very long time.
But you have to be on the coordination card tab and then hit the print button.
Or you can always print out the saved jpegs of all the cards and lists.Gr Falcas

? if you mean the coordination card,
No … … I’m talking about “comm plan” (frequencies/channel assignation)

Aaaaahhhh I remember.
However, WDP is slightly on hold for now as I am working on other tools at the moment. As you know.Gr Falcas

Hi all,
I’m getting a warning like “creating map failed” in WDP. What is the reason of this ?
-
Just a report of an “Unhandled Exception” I caused when playing around with WDP
I was checking the Tower Radio settings whilst learning to plan and execute a BLU-107 pop up attack TE.
After clicking “set” for APT channel 15 for UHF and then VHF - I clicked the “use” button below. Selecting “Continue” in the exception dialog - WDP continues to work so it’s probably just something missed by WDP’s error check and is a minor fault.Edit: I’m guessing the TCN “use” button is supposed to be unselect able when there isn’t a TNC at the airport like the ILS buttons

Yep, that is correct, is on the to do list.
Thanks for the report.Gr Falcas

Hi Falcas,
What is your opinion on a “clear all” button on the MFD tab in the DTC section of WDP ? I reckon it is not that important though. I was in the unlikely position where I had to manually delete all MFD pages…and started thinking of a button.
Thanks

and maybe a master clear/reset all button on the main page that resets all your tabs, ia steerpoint, lines, mfd, ppt, etc
-
Hi,
I’ll put it on the to do list.

I had been using WDP for some time although I had not been using it for about the last 2 months. When Update 6 of BMS came out I installed it and last night tried to run WDP for the first time since the update. Now WPD says it “has stopped working.” I uninstalled WPD and reinstalled it again and get the same error message about 3 seconds after your logo appears. Running Win7.
What else do you want to know? I seem to have the same problem with MC so it appears that either me or my computer is the problem. -
Maybe a .NET update?, I think 4.5 is required now.
-
I updated to 4.5 and also made sure windows did its own update and still no joy.
