So whatever f18 pit you have in your stock install, is the one you get for his.
Hmm, okay so I see that BMS defaults to the stock C Hornet pit which is quasi-functional.
Anybody how the work for a new Hornet pit is going? WTF happened to Bonedust…?
I like the Hornet, look at all the weapons it will haul…
But any idea why I see this on the side consoles?
-
Hmm, then I got nothing right now. Suggestions for a Hornet pit please?
4.33?
thats just how it is. we have to wait till 4.33 for anything hornet not to mention the pit they are doing is for the A and C model i believe not the Super Hornet

Yes, Metalhead, all campaigns, including Carrier War Redux, still contain at least one squadron of F-22 fighters in all the campaigns.
Downloading…

Thank you, i’ll try it as soon as possible :D.

LOL, that’s good really good Mike. I am pretty sure Guam requires an ocean of development while I have only wet my toes on the beach.
-
Nice work there Gavin, Thank you!

Now as correct said Mike, go and help Dave with the nice Guam theater.
Then i can provide you with my stuff. Hmm, Andersen AFB waits for some nice charts…

looks like a great addon, but i kan not get it to work.
I did exactly follow the instructions, but “Korea 2012” is not visible in the list of theatres for theatre selection. Is this a known problem, and is there a solution ?
Thanks,

Thanks,
Is the Addon-Korea-2012 folder visible in your C:\BMS\Data folder?
-
Tanks for thinking with me here.
and No it is not visible in E:\Falcon BMS 4.32\Data
What should I do ?Thanks again
-
Redownload the Addon-on-Korea-2012.rar file to your desktop. Extract the folder using winzip, winrar or 7-zip. You should now have a normal folder called Add-On-Korea-2012. Copy and paste this file into your E:\Falcon BMS 4.32\Data folder.
-
Chuckles,
The rar contains the folders that go inside the Add-On-Korea-2012 folder. I made a new folder in the data folder, named it Add-On-Korea-2012, and dropped the rar contents into it. After editing the Theater.lst file, everything works fine. -
Ahh Haaaa!!
It is so easy once you know what’s missing.:D
Works like a charm now, first campaign flight with my buddy ended in disaster and court martial……but that was completely our own mistake.
The scenario looked …and felt great !!Thanks Chuckles, and Thanks Pilgrim
Ender …Out

Great to hear you got it going. Have fun and don’t forget to post some screenshots/videos of your airmanship behind the controls of the SuperHornet

Neither is mod more ‘actual’, its just that both mods show different time periods and different approaches to modding BMS. Korea 80’s is a mod with authentic aircraft and weapons centred around the 1980-85 time period. Examples are F-111 bombers, F-4 fighters, Mig-23/27 fighters along with corresponding weapons such as iron bombs, Aim-9M and Aim-7 Sparrow Missiles. Essentially, the mod is composed of older technology aircraft and weapons which makes winning the campaigns very much more about pilot skill using the stick and throttles. Also, Korea 80’s makes much greater changes to the database, weapon’s and aircraft models. I also believe Moli has included several custom pits.
Korea 2012 is more centred around a what if situation during a NATO versus DPRK showdown during an early part part of this decade (2011-2014). Aircraft squadrons have been vastly updated on both the NATO sides and Warsaw Pact. F-15Es have replaced F-111s, F-4’s are replaced by land based F/A-18s, The F-22 makes its first BMS appearance while the Red Side also have vastly upgraded aircraft. All capable aircraft have been supplied with modern weapons like GPS bombs, Aim-9X missiles, etc. The Red Side has equally advanced weapons and aircraft. Also, Korea 2012 is just a campaign change. The mod uses all of your default BMS skins, pits, tiles, etc. It does not change your database in anyway. Also, Korea 2012 is four mods - Korea 2012, Eurowar, Carrier War, Redux, - merged into one install. So there is something for everybody. Eurowar is for folks who like to fly European flagged aircraft and models. Carrier War and Redux is for folks who have a special interest in Naval aviation. Of course, in all Korea 2012 campaigns, there are plenty of new red aircraft to fly for the DPRK, CIS and PRC. I hope this helps.

Thanks for the explanation! Sorry i expressed myself badly, the word that i wanted use was “current release date”. In true i thought that the two theaters were the same but with different dates of release, because i already installed the Korea 1980.

Download Korea 2012 and play it alongside Korea 80’s. I believe there are no conflicts with having both versions in your BMS install.
