I was searching for X-55 but when I checked Saitek web site I couldn’t see X-55 but stupid looking colourful new x-56. No more support for X-55?

It doesn’t look like it. Saitek.com does still list the drivers, though. I wouldn’t be too concerned about tech support, however. My one attempt at contacting TS left me very unimpressed.

I don’t understand Saitek’s thinking. IMHO, they’ve been going backwards since the x-65. I mean, the -55 isn’t a “bad” stick. But even putting aside force sensing-no detent, buttons instead of hats, seemingly more cheaply made…
What I’d really love to see is the -65 with the -55 style switches on the throttle base -
They did the same thing with the X-36 to the X-45. I agree that I miss the X-65, but I won’t have to fly without one hopefully for a while since I have a spare one. The X-55 itself isn’t that bad of an option as a mid-level HOTAS if you don’t get a lemon; I like the extra idea of the extra stick mini-stick on the X-56 but had the same reaction when I saw the X-45 back in the day SMH.
I’m still interested what’s up with the shortage of their Cessna line and Combat Pedals. The X-55 shortage was because of the X-56, I hope they aren’t messing those up or discontinuing them.

From watching a YouTube video on the X-56, it looks like they are more interested in Elite Dangerous flyers. See link:
