Really nice pic guys!!!
-
wow I missed this. Some familiar faces in those pictures!

Ah, Iāve been too lateā¦
Grew up in Hesse, and now moved to near Eisenach because I started another job. I played offline for years now, but never found someone to fly online with on a regular base. What a pity, Fulda isnāt that far away.
Ha, ha. The location is only 60km away. Ein Katzensprungā¦
Maybe next time?If you are seeking for some online experience, take a look at this.
(@ DeeJay: Canāt you make it a sticky, please? Think itās worth it.)Really nice pic guys!!!
More pics are here. Also a small review of the event (German language only).

Good old LLTM times. :headb:
Are you going to participate this year?Btw. for the interested guys here.
Registration is open since a couple of weeks.
1st post is updated. -
Ha, ha. The location is only 60km away. Ein Katzensprungā¦
Maybe next time?Got a few private things going on (think Iāll move to Eisenach), but I can actually imagine that. Been working in Berlin some time and drove those 500km one way each weekend, so from my point of view, almost everything in germany is āaround the cornerā
I did not join a virtual squad yet because I canāt guarantee any fixed time for flying. But āhaving fun to flyā without fixed requirements like on the 49th sounds like I could get that done. I even had to quit my membership in the aviation club in my home village due to working somewhere else and having unregular working times which is a real pity.
Also, I need to upgrade my PC first. I noticed that with the new shader system in BMS 4.32, FPS will rapidly drop when using TGP/WPN/TFR pages on the MFD and my PC will struggle with the campaigns around Seoul. I fly from Kangnung, mostly BARCAP or ESCORT, so thatās fine- but not worth a squad. Having 15fps in the heat of the battle aināt no fun.
Will upgrade the system within the next months. -

Are you guys going?
It is my intention to participate, I will try and be there. If not, maybe I can join you guys at Buchenau (;
-
I just got the news a couple of weeks ago that sometime during this autumn I will be moving to Germany (MĆ¼nster) with my family.
I canāt make to this year LAN, but if there itās a Buchenau 2015ā¦ Iāll be there.
-
Welcome to germany!
Some guys from the 49th live a little bit west of MĆ¼nster if i remember correctly (near Coesfeld/ Ahaus I think). Iāve been there often, itās a nice countryside and also nice people over there.

Thanks.
I will use this year to learn German so I am not a complete sandbag at Buchenau.
Right now my German skills are pretty basic, eventing even though I was already living there for two years.
Iāll have to do it better this time.[emoji3]

German is a rather difficult language- I was so lucky that I learned it as my mother language It will come over the years with time and practice.
In the west of germany, most of the people do speak english (in the east, they learned russian until 1990), so you can always try in english as well Have a good start over there.

Welcome to āmyā town.:D
Can we switch places? Not that MĆ¼nster sucks but I love dry and desert alike areas and your local area seems to fit perfectā¦
Anything close to a high desert area canāt be bad.:D -

Anything close to a high desert area canāt be bad.:DThis is the perfect example of āthe grass is always greener on the other sideā.
Although this time grass is literally greener in Muenster.

Yep, it is (checked on google lol).
MĆ¼nster has a lot to offer culture and party wise and every super market brand you can imagine, so for pure living it sure has its benefits.
Edit:
Also excellent hardware shops here.Hope you will like it here, after all Germany is a nice place to be, contrary to some of my more negative posts back then.:D
Sorry for the off topic gents.
