Hotas Cougar main PCB
-
Hallo Tanguy. I bought a new PCB for 5 months ago for 110 dollars…. I tried to buy a new USB-cable from thrustmaster but it didn’t work. Good to hear that it was a help for you. It’s amazing to fly with a Hotas Cougar.
Regards

No… I didn’t replace the pcb. I replaced only the capacitor on pcb.

Before try to replace capacitor. I’s very easy.Once you know which part is faulty

That’s what God invented the multi-meter for
-
fortunately bad component was the only replaceable component on PCB.
I’m a lucky guy.
If you have problem try to replace capacitor … it is easy and cheaper.
Good luck. -

I didn’t use multi-meter. I didn’t know that capacitor was bad.
I only removed the unique removable part. -
You have to register there. I’ve already bought several spare parts (knobs, hats, gimbals etc.) and they are very cheap and fast in delivery.
They were cheap.
2012 I was given a quote for both gimbals and the center post: 20$
Great!
I only needed the gimbals so I got them for 15€ incl. shipping.
Last week I asked for another quote and now, the gimbals alone would set me back 40€, no center post available anymore.Wish I would have ordered more back then…
