We have updated the Nordic theatre to Version 2.1 Please use the download link in this post.
Gentlemen our team is proud to publicly release Nordic Theatre’s Version 2.0. There have been many changes since our initial release. Some are subtle, others are large. All in all, our team believes this release is a major refresh of the theatre’s initial. Please take a few minutes to read our manual. It is located in the Docs folder in the theatre directory. For folks who wish to read it before beginning the download, I am providing you with a standalone download link of the manual at the following location:

Nordic V2 is a complete theatre install. You do not need and previous versions nor and patches/hotfixes. Completely remove your previous version of the Nordic theatre and download version 2 from the following download link:

Extract the file and execute the installer. Select your desired theatre subsection and play your favorite campaign.
Our development and beta testing team worked really hard on this release. Despite such efforts, perfection in a theatre can be a little elusive. If you find faults in our realease, please post in the Nordic V2 bug thread. It will be appear very shortly in the Nordic Sub-forum. Most of all, please enjoy this release and post your screenshots of your stickworks. Finally, I want to give a big thanks to all of the talented members in our team who have worked so hard in order to make this release possible. These guys are the best at what they do and V2 of the Nordic Theatre is an example how far we can push the development limits of the mighty Falcon/BMS Engine.

In Russian Bear, NATO Forces must conquer three key cities in Finland in order to win the
campaign: Rovaniemi, Kamilarvi, and Rytinki.Kamilarvi should be “Kemijärvi” or Kemijarvi without a-umlaut.
Also, Strategic importance of Rytinki could be questioned. It had 122 inhabitants in 2013.
40 Kilometres South-South-West would be the town of Pudasjärvi (some 8500 citizens in 2014).
Or Ranua, 45 km NW, 4500 people. -
I just browsed the manual (which is straight-to-the-point and pleasant to read), congrats and thank you, guys. I don"t know if the terrain issues I had (SAM spotting and firing through the mountains) are partly or totally fixed, but I shall give it a try when I’m the situation to “fly” again (next week…

nordic works good with EUFI, cockpit hmmm…, better than nothing! THX ! I have problems with MFDE, Mfds doesn’t work correct and looking for MAP jpg for displaymap. -

The structure of battalions are better now but for Cold War era the units itself in battalions are many times out of timeframe.
- 2K22M Tunguskas everywhere (while is not 9K331 Tor-M1 anywhere, strange). Both 2K22M and Tor-M1 are post Cold War systems, not a single division in WPACT territory ever got a fully regiment or just a partial until 1991.
- The CW DB should be spearted and battalions should get 9K35 Strela-10M and Silkas insteadt 2K22M, and 9K33 Osa which was the key element of mot. if. divisions
- Some 9K37 Buk-M1 can be added it first appeared in 1987 and also can be delployed minimal S-300V1 or V.
- The best would be increase the qty. of battalion types by copying existing ones and change their rosters because in this case core and CW theaters can use the same DB only the campaigns should refer different battalions to DB.
- Was any sensor tweak for IR missiles? Because some IR range values seems to me higher than were in core DB while their flare chance values are the same.

Sir, Norton for some odd reason blocked the site to download. can you post within the download links in the group site? I would really like to experience your work.

its mediafire. adds sometimes pop up in background when dl. they are easy to close and not malicious. maybe thats what norton is blocking. im not the guy who posts it. thats Chuckles. i am not answering for him, just trying to add some helpful info. mediafire is pretty common and i think its safe to dissable norton for dl and then turn back on.
