Hi, Red Dog.

You will have to open the file in the art/resource folder that contains this Icon

i.e. UI planes icons are in the acicons.idx file. Some others, airbases etc, are in blulite.idx. You will need to locate within that folder which file contains the icons you want to change.

You will need a tool to open/modify this files. My advice is f4 res manager. You can find it at sakgiok.gr (Thank you Monster for all your great tools!!)
