JTAC needs a “say again” option // other problems?

@LorikEolmin gotcha sorry, thread has become confusing!
Thanks for going again - and I went and observed what you’re talking about in-game.Also I noticed you can see the IR pointer visible thru the canopy with NVGs on - *in peripheral vision, that is, outside of the green FOV of the goggle. Weird.

You’re welcome. Yep that’s how it’s used, IR through canopy with NVG, but through the lenses indeed :P. Probably another engine limitation.

Not sure how it works for the bombs and TGP IRL, but generally speaking physics wise,
“IR” (infra-red) and “Laser” are not mutually exclusive.
So an “IR laser” perfectly makes sense and I always thought that’s what the bombs and designation pointers where using? -

So an “IR laser” perfectly makes sense and I always thought that’s what the bombs and designation pointers where using?IR is defined by light frequency, laser is light, so yes, it’s compatible, but we’re talking about BMS, BMS TGP and real TGP, RL laser designation, and IR pointers, not about the existence of IR laser.

@Logic For the recall: -34 2.10.5

@LorikEolmin Thanks! Lol - don’t remember having ever read the stuff about IR pointer, let alone used it.

Good news guys,
thanks to your report i fixed many of glitches and a “say again” command is coded

@Mav-jp Thank you for the update. Holding point relative to Echo in the works too ?
