Real FLCS response profile
-
TARGET will allow the set-up of a variety of flight-stick response profiles. I tend to go with a linear profile set-up. Out of interest I have searched the web for real stick response profiles set-up, but could not find anything. Any ideas?

I believe BMS is programmed to work most realistically with no curves (linear) and no deadzones. I do not have any software at all for my Cougar.

the real response is built in FLCS so you need to set up linear response to get the real one

Thanks - could not find the ref here at all. I felt that linear should be correct, but you never know.

Thanks for the pointer. Part IV page 14 has exactly what I was looking for - in case anyone else is interested.
Generally great articles, and flicking through them again, makes me think I should re-read them I was thinking about them the other day as it was the anniversary of the infamous Chuck Yeager Inertial Coupling departure in the X-1A!

FWIW, I didn’t mean that comment at you (i.e. not ‘you should search’, etc.), but to support/reinforce Icarus’ comment.
