Well the title says it all.
I want to map the CMS, but when i hit it i have like a gazillion key press and i don’t hold it, just a quick gentle push with my thumb.
I try some stuff but nada.
Any ideas ?Thanks in advance

Are you mapping keys to all the buttons? You’d be much better using DX mappings.

Weel i use the SST program.
I’m not familiar with dx programing. -
Hi, assuming that you know how to tweak Saitek profiler, you can do it by assigning the axis as bands. (Actually this is what I have done)
1- For Y axis divide the bands into three parts 0-10 / 10 - 90 / 90-100.
2- Assign 0-10 and 90-100 bands as CMS up & down, leave 10-90 empty.(like a deadzone)
3- Do 1st step for X axis.
4- Assign 0-10 and 90-100 bands as CMS left & right, leave 10-90 empty.I also use DX button programming, (Once you get it, it’s fairly much more easier IMHO and do not be overwhelmed by the word “programming” actually it’s just tweaking the relevant “key” file with a text editor.)
Only my C Stick is programmed as CMS via Saitek profiler like you wanted. (Since C stick is an axis, I can not program it with DX tweaking)
If you are interested, the DL link to my profile is below. In the zip file the Saitek profile file I use is also present. You can also check from there what I mentioned above.Best regards.

I’m not familiar with dx programing.TheWhite, Dx “programming” is nothing to be scared of. If you go into the User Interace, then “controllers” you will see a list of all commands. Scroll until you find what you want(ex:CMS forward). You can also find it by entering the keystroke(s) for that command. Left click on the left column entry, it will turn blue. Hit the button on the stick you want to program. You"ll get a message like “button #x,CMS forward” (as an example).
I tend to do them one at a time, then apply, then go back in to do the next. -
So DX is just from the falcon controller ui if i understand right ?
My god, thats easy. LOLThanks guys
