You should open any; aircraft .dat file (not afm) with a notepad and search near the end for the “TopGunCamera” values. Adding these here below to help you as I’ve updated them for Ikaros theater aircrafts.
Also if you search this forum there have been a couple extra posts that show predefied camera positions and their proper values to manually add them as necessary.
