Balkans Theater - IAP charts
-
Hi,
Don’t know if this was reported yet but when flying a MP strike out of Brindisi yesterday we’ve noticed 2 small mistakes on SID ORSOM departure chart.
I’m refering to the charts downloaded at http://www.combatsimchecklist.net/F4balkancharts.htm so myabe the fault was already corrected but the download file in that website is still outdated. On the ORSOM 6D departure from RWY 19 it says turn RIGHT to heading 090° to intercept R-125° outbound Brindisi tacan. If I’m not looking crosseyed, that should be a LEFT turn, no?
Also, ORSOM 6A from RWY 33 states left climb turn to heading 350°, but if I look on that is not a 350° heading at all, more like a 130 or something? -
these charts are not for this balkan terrain
thanks for the report though as i’ll need to redo brindisi for emf -
Can we have Lecce please?

Well are we talking for the default Balkans theater from here: https://www.benchmarksims.org/forum/showthread.php?7332-BMS-Balkans-Theater-DOWNLOAD-AREA
And if yes, this chart is for use by you or by a virtual squadron and which one if yes?

Damn, my brother friend is active again…
It was just the right time old buddy, so here you are with the beautiful Aviano airbase by Master “nove”.
I know it isn’t a nice TACAN approach as WE love to use (the real man’s way :p), but what the hell… I’m the Master of myself, right… Haha.
So maybe a new chart should be created for the loved Aviano, especially for you.
Just a few more days in order to be completed the nav. pack, you know the famous 3-4 Falcon weeks
See you as also all the rest Aviano lovers! You are my hero!
Hey Thomas my friend, ILS wasn’t for p……
What am I doing here then? Haha… The damn pressure by a lot of people guides to wrong decision, right?Nikos.

As you know I am one of the most undereducated sim pilots as for real nav, but I thank you for your consistant effort, my friend.
CheersThorst.
