@ Rybo……Nooo…Super Computer. Just a piece of Sh*** Wal-Mart 'puter. Running on Abandonware
Sys Specs:At the suggestion of one of my co-developers here is the Current .BIN file in Guam Theater:
And I am going to quote another of my co-developers after he flew the recent private release:
“Wow, just wow. As usual, you swung the bat and sent the ball way into the parking lot. Very nice, I can’t wait to incorporate your progress in Kuriles and Norway.”
@ Lukas……Pretty close M8…need textures though…using those in the Misctex ATM,we can improve on that I think
Falcon Vacation starts today, WE will be back soon with an even better version.
Terribly tired but extremely interested in how far we can “Push It”…LOL!!!
Dave -
O.k. then, take your vacations and relax…
Then come back…

what Dave has just shown us is the terrain when the satellite textures are directly incorporated into the wireframe. Basically, this removes the need to build/apply tiles and the need for Falcon to load tiles on top of the L2. Finally, by being able to incorporate the satellite image directly into the wireframe, we can build 100% photo-realistic satellite land masses without needing to work about the 4K tile limit. Also, if you take a close look at the picture, the airport taxiway/runway textures look better than anything in FSX/P3D without the massive FPM VAS hit from using terrain tiles. Hold onto your hats folks, you have just seen the future of Falcon 4.0. This isn’t your old sim anymore.

This is sounding bloody good!

Then how to generate road network system?

Then how to generate road network system?
HAHA, that’s not all!! But give 'em, lets see, how long has this POC been in the works?? Circa 2011, possibly earlier. So rough estimate 2025~ if ever!!
Yeah, I guess you could call that “The future of Falcon”. I’ll stick with the stuff that works, eh.
But hey, more power to 'em.

hmm… I remember once you complete tiling work, tacedit can generate the road system in a *mea file? then GU icons use this road system to move on 2d map. GUs move along roads in 3d world too.
if Demer’s new trick make tiling job easier, we may need a NEW tool to do the work…use big tile texture as background, place objectives and draw road network manually - or import some obj/road data and process automatically.
