that plane is special, I often wonder if Iran hadn’t gone off the reservation, and they had got those f-14s and f-16s popping what would israel have made organically, it probably would have been an evolution of the kfir

It will have for sure the desert camo of Iaf as well the grey. For colombian sure as well as my influence and source is colombian. As i started this thread originally wanted to port his model bit decided to make it from scratch…and other countries probably will do

would love to see a south american theatre someday with brazil, the falklands, and columbia, the kfir, the mirage, and the harrier would have a cool setting to play in, plus you could do some imaginary settings or campaigns like collapse of governments or other scenarios. it might even be fun chasing civilian coke planes under the radar. those cigars aren’t going to fly themselves across the border hehehehe really like your work man just having a laugh

Just for some info… No photos yet sorry, Im assuming the model will not break at least the 35k till now how it goes, thats good for me, when i start realizing how addicted to detail i am. Right now With wheels and Dragshute it stands at 31K but i might reduce it more if i dont loose details or deform some things. I might find better ways to achieve what i want and it will steay low or reduce some of the details… we will see…
And when i say addicted i mean it… not only in 3d but in scale modelling as well (probably i got it from there). Made an AUP cockpit for one of 1/48 f-4’s almost from scrap parts and scratch build, also an Mirage f-1 etc… -

So another long night ahead of me and i continue working on the external details as well at the wheels… Only thing left to add is the Guns and lights witch are kinda giving me a headache right now but im sure i will find the way . So now the model stands at 32714 tris Probably reducable without loosing too much of the details i hope. Rough calculations maybe the guns & lights will add some 1000 more… Maybe later ill have more news. Now its time for dinner
Oh i forgot Gear doors as well… sorry…

And one in game… No animations or dofing/swithing done yet just to see how it looks and see any errors in the mesh… till now except 1-2 missing faces (yup i did it again) everything looks good, oh and the flatness under the canopy i need to do something…

your DOFS for ailerons are inverted
Yeah i just noticed as well… A question is do they work as flaps as well or not?
EDIT: No i just wached some videos therefore they used as Vertical stabilator (of course) But can be that made in game? a little help would be awesome here!

Mirage III family flaprons are not moving exactly like in your video…
IRL you have 3 parts per wing.
More internal are used for trim… so should not move, or very few (let’s say 10% of the 2 others) in BMS
The 2 others are always moving together (so for you they can be a unique block), they should be uses for pitch and roll control, means that, during take off (only pitch command, no roll), their trailing edge should move up at rotation (to produce nose up pitch)
When used for roll, trailing edge move up on the wing that move down… -
