Well after some scheduled works, beautiful Nordic theater is on my list.
So yes, you will have some more nav. charts for sure!
Nikos. So, just can’t await (on my side).
With best regards,
Gianni.

How can I get this to run with WDP?
Everytime I try to open my campaign save with WDP it says that it belong to nordic theater and my falcon install is set to “NTP Polar Vortex”.
When I say yes to change to nordic and after manually pointing to nordic.idx and nordic.wch files I see the scheduled flights and select mine.
But in the back I get the Korea Map in WDP. So it’s useless for flight planning.
-
WDP does the same for me, I load the save file as you do including pointing to the files .idx and .wch, select Nordic from the drop down list on the top left corner of the WDP window and go through the process of pointing to the files again. I select again the flight from the package using select different flight, at this point you should have the correct map displayed.
Cheers

Thanks,
I’ll give it a try.

here’s a mission we flew a couple weeks ago, the AI has been fragging wave after wave of OCA strikes against our airbases
they’ve got us on the ropes at the moment -
Hi Luke777, Are there documents for cockpit procedures of the JAS 39 Gripen?
-
I thought there was a file in the DOCS folder, can’t check that at the moment.
Cheers

@WurminatorAZ
JAS39 uses JAS37 cockpit from standard KTO, you can find the cockpit diagram in the KTO DOCS folder.

Thanks to Luke and Starrats for incorporating the Eurofighter Typhoon modifications into this latest v2.4 release of NTO PV.
The changes introduced for the aircraft are:
- EF2k_GE renamed to Eurofighter
- EF2k_UK renamed to Typhoon (FGR.4 in the TE planes list)
- New flight model with engine optimized fuel flow NOTE that the current fuel flow tables have no multiplier as values reflect combined flow of both engines (will need to be changed in a future release of the FM)
- Corrected weight and fuel load data (part of flight model)
- Modified control surfaces behaviour (deflection angles, symetric foreplane movements only, no flaps…)
- Modified AI behaviour for Eurofighter aircraft
- Corrected weapon loadouts reflecting P2Eb weapon load for German and P3Ea weapon load for British aircraft
- GBU-48/49 Enhanced Paveway II dual-mode bombs added (laser + INS/GPS guidance); GBU-49 substitutes Paveway IV of the real aircraft due to the lack a of suitable 3D model for the later
- GBU-48/49 bombs are modified copies of the GBU-12/16 Paveway II LGBs which they are based on
- Squadron Stores updated to make all weapons available in the campaign
- Max. 4 ARM limit for ATO, albeit ARM not available (provision only)
- Added 2 external tanks as standard loadout for ATO (all missions)
- Slightly altered AI weapon release altitudes and BVR engagement range
- Updated sensors (radar, IRST, RWR)
- Correct Chaff/Flare dispenser locations, vectors and quantity
- AVS options tailored to best match Typhoon (not all available options are of relevance to the aircraft)
- RAF skins for old 3D model used by UK version (Typhoon) representing 3rd and 11th Sqn A/C
- Typhoon cockpit folder with stock EF 3D pit added and correct wing model assigned

Looks like I’m flying in the snow today.

Whoah after coming back from our tour in Somalia, flying Polar Vortex is a rude awakening! SU-35s… SA-10s… SA-17s… bucket of ice water in your face!
-
I did not check PV2 in F4browse (perhaps even not compatibile with it), but in original Nordic SU-35 is one of the largest ACs regarding RCS.

I think Su-35 should be rather reduced, compared to “canard Flankers” and “vanilla Flankers”
Sorry I posted it here, perhaps in this theater its different compared to Nordic original. -
Preview on WIP, objectives added in Russian territory

Finally! Russian towns! Can get some revenge to Russians in campaigns, instead of just liberating Finland
