Link 16 things you want in the next update

Some UCAVs would be good for blue and red sides for more modern scenarios. New Su-27, Su-30, Su-35, Su-25, Su-34, A-50 models, like in 4.33 Baltic and Aegean theaters.

Radium is working on gorgeous new Su-27, Su-30 etc… models currently and they are looking very close to completion.
given the amount of aircraft he has already updated and improved on that are included in 4.34, i am very confident the new Sukhoi’s will be in a future 4.34 update (possibly the next one)The release information is 100% unconfirmed though!

Would like ability to stretch the campaign GUI on the mission map/ planner screen across multiple monitors. This would allow for a larger desktop working space. Right now, on a three monitor setup the two side monitors are blank and Falcon only allow for use of the center display. Would be quite useful to be able to open up and position the data cartridge, map, comms and other windows across the available workspace.
I’ve not had any luck using Windows 10’s DPI scaling, however something you could try would be to use OBStudio to capture the BMS window. You’d need to run BMS as the focus window (could set the UI to be bottom right position, out of the way) but you could watch the enlarged image in OBS on a larger screen.
Either way, you’re still going to be interacting with a 1024x768 window, be it really small or scaled up and therefor ‘blurry’, for lack of a better descrption.

I hope someday ALQ-184’s C-9492 CONTROL would be simulated. If so,that would be a revolution!
I am interested in ECM operation.

I just want the cockpit to be a little more polished.
In it’s current state (at least on my PC) everything
can only be read if your virtual nose is 2 inches away
from your POV any natural lean rearward causes button
Labels,MFD,DED,and instruments to go ‘minecraft’ in #2font size.I have tried just about everything and it seems from youtube vids etc lots of decent looking vanilla pits. I could never get mine to look right.
-
Perhaps try enabling antialiasing? You could also disable the z axis on your tracker. Its not really possible to lean further back in the F-16 seat normally!

The reality is that 4.33 pit is sharper/darker more readable i will post a comparison screenshot ….

I have no real wishes for the next version though it would be nice if we can get some more of Radium and Manos1981’s gorgeous 3D models in the game - such as the awesome new Huey variants from Radium and Manos’ beautiful A-7 and F-4 models (short nose, long nose, etc.)

Sure thing!! For these You can find an op man in a local bookstore next door.
…or… write a letter to: Ансамбль административных зданий ОГПУ-НКВД-КГБ СССР: Мясницкая ул., дом 1, Красносельский, Центральный округ, Москва :der:

Panel operation is pretty straightforward. Specific settings and setups not so much.
For BMS to implement something like that would require establishing a basic operation that is like real, feasible, but without access to documentation - as of course this is not available. It would probably also require a lot of other things being updated in terms of how radar works.

I figured that they cannot lean back, I guess what I mean is zoom FOV… if my VR pilot face is not smashed into the instruments the letters are extremely jagged.
I will take another look through settings and see about anti aliasing though im sure I attempted that. I took a long break from BMS came back to 4.33 and noticed 4.34 ,but back when I was playing 4.33 I spent probably a week in settings to resolve it and while I don’t remember all of my attempts in fixing it ,I am sure I covered 90% of possibilities prior to giving up due to lack of seeing any difference at all in the pit.
I can make out side look very pretty but cockpit stays in the same state of jagged lettering.

Greetings Guys,
When I surfing the web,I found Turkish Air Forces real night departure video.
In the last seconds of the video I noticed amazing Link-16 Hud symbology. Are there any way to integrate this system into the Bms 4.34 via further update ?
-
@Raptor As you can see in 4.33 the cockpit textures are clearer as far as the indicator is concerned, that I mean the image you posted is out of point….
you can check it by yourself in HAF F-16 in 4.33 and HAF F-16 4.34 there are some cockpit -HUD color texture deferences I suppose…

That is because in the specific “4.33 marked” picture, it wears my cockpit mod made for 16th and Ikaros, also published later. Not everybody like this approach of cleaner indicators, vs the stock ones that include the front glass effect.
the image you posted is out of point….
Oh it is exactly the point… FSX? Photoshop? Paint Shop? Who knows.

Yes that is from active Link-16.
FYI Turks have access to the Viper source codes so they’ve added additional gizmos too in their birds.
-
Yes,I already know also TurAF works with a group of companies affiliated with the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation for improve vipers avionics skill but I don’t think this symbology system related source codes or groups. In my opinion this system is in the basic structure.
Raptor what do you think about integration into the simulator ? This is the main subject we should be interested in.
-
Those symbologies AFAIK are used to indicate a Link 16 Primary Datalink Track (PDLT) within the HUD (or HMCS) if the PDLT is within the HUD FOV. I would say nothing special of the Turkish Air Forces.
