Nice! Can this be made part of the program install Tumbler31/B.S.?

A suggestion if I may: don’t let the program force quit if the user is on an outdated version.
Notifying the user of the update, sure, but force quitting just gets in the way if you need to quickly take up the GCI role and don’t have the time to update. IMO the pros of this feature simply don’t outweigh the cons.
After all, encountering already fixed bugs when using an older version is the user’s prerogative.

+100.
Couldn’t agree more. It would be far more than useful, because this would make the map immediately understandable for all (me, as first! :D), you know.
With best regards.

Lightweight standalone radar application not working:p

Is there a reason you haven’t updated BMS to U1 yet? If not, can you apply the update and then check if F4RADAR works?
-
Hello Tumbler,
With the recent update of BMS 4.35 U2, my F4radar can no longer run. It shows an error message “can only run based on BMS4.35.0”
I wonder if there’s any solution for this so that i can continue to run human GCI.
Thanks!Kind regards

As the BMS.exe has been heavily changed with U2 it nearly twice the size than before and F4Radar digs into the running exe process he might need some time the get it updated again

A new version to support 4.35.2. I wasn’t able to spend much time on this program, but please let me know your suggestions or improvement. I still foresee to keep updating this program.
version 0.32 changes (29.06.2021)
- Updated for BMS 4.35.2

Have you tried loading into and aircraft and loading the DTC? On one occaision recently I needed to restart F4radar quickly to get the PPTs to show up after I loaded into 3D.

For now that only works in 3D and not yet in 2D-mode. Also the jet needs to be hot.

Hi, thanks a lot for creating and sharing this amazing application!
I’m just a bit confused of the meaning of the value after the flight level for an aircraft.
It seems to have something to do with speed, but doesn’t correspond to knots nor mach number.
I’d appreciate some explanation whenever you have time! -

I’d appreciate some explanation whenever you have time! It’s the ground speed (GS) in tens of knots.
So 58 = 580kts GS
