Theater settings “time zone and coordinates” - correspond to geography.
Also, 128 segments is a fairly large theater, for example, it is still dark over the Persian Gulf, by the Red Sea in the south of Saudi Arabia it is already dawn and light.If you want to change the characteristics of geography, then try changing the variable value: TimeZone 5 to other numbers.

\Falcon BMS 4.35\Data\Add-On Mideast128\Terrdata\weather*weather.ini*Saudi Arabia is in timezone “UTC - GMT Offset Saudi Arabia is GMT/UTC + 3h during Standard Time” while Iran is +3:30. Not sure how that equates to the Timezone entry in weather.ini which is set at “4” ??

weather.ini only changes the local time (LT) and the amount added can be seen in the in game local time. But the local time is never enforced! when I enter the game it always runs at the zulu (UTC) time. How can we enforce the local time in the game?

All I know is 4.35 moved to zulu time to simplify all the time based coding. Technically speaking, so long as the indicated zulu time is equivalent to local time in the game (e.g, sunrise/sunset times match up) than it shouldn’t matter how they report the time. For instance, I live in the US Central timezone which is GMT - 5 hrs. So 0000z is 07:00pm central.

From what I thought to remember about, that area time zone should have been “+3”.

I experimented with different time settings and I just forgot to set the time back to +3

- Updated ATC sound file. (Author TomcatTwo)
- Added new Squadron Patches (Author TomcatTwo)
- Added oil refineries and air strips south of Qatar.
- Added model M-109 Iran (desert skin) Author Radium.
- Some areas with monotonous tiles are processed to add variety.
Approximately about a thousand square kilometers of desert territory has been processed, mainly the places where the player operates.

Nice job! Did some flying around and took some shots (Reshade on). Must say this is one of the better looking desert terrains.
And thanks for the screenshots with the theater download sticky. Not many theaters offer a preview.

Hi, I tried Instant Action but there was ‘no action’…
- Sweep (Ace Mode) - none of the enemy aircraft engaged me
- Mud Moving (Ace Mode) with SAMs and AAA - no SAMs or AAA engaged me, no RWR contacts or warnings
Is this normal for Add-Ons?

In the forum settings, you can also enable topic splitting into pages and set the number of posts per page.

Hmm… I am quite sure it’s not working properly. It’s as if the enemy sees me as being on their side in Instant Action. Hence, they don’t engage me at all. They are just target practice. They don’t shoot back even if shot at. They don’t even evade or use counter measures.

yes I noticed the same thing even in dogfight. The enemy fights only once but the spawned enemy never fights. TE is strange too, I can never do a strike mission only barcap and nothing else.

Yeah just did some Furball too which is also bugged. During team selection, say you are Blue and you want to pick Red for the enemy. The enemy plane icon and in-game labels will not be Red but Blue although he will engage you. Clicking White or Orange on another plane will make it that colour but they will not engage you (Blue) although they will deploy countermeasures when you fire at them. Also, the RWR seems quite ‘inactive’.
Hope Instant Action, Dogfight and TE can get fixed soon because this is a nice map I haven’t tried the campaigns. I wonder if they will work properly given the above issues.

I don’t have hanging or CTDs in Instant. It’s useful for quick testing and practice and is part of the Falcon feature. I’ve tested other Add-Ons like ITO, POH, Georgia and they work fine in Instant/Dogfight. So it would be much appreciated if it could be fixed.
