Jan Has F-16 LV5 Update packs

Hi cougar56th, I have some feedback. I did a copy and paste of the particular files that will apply the mods. Unlike the first time block 52 went perfect, before I had the same problem one of the users complained from which was some knobs not appearing. Then I followed same steps for block 25 and in dogfight the sparrow is missing it’s launcher but in a built TE it looked fine except for a hollow spot on the wing. Please take a look at the attachment. Some of the responses were saying that the gear deploys too fast, I noticed the same thing. Also block 52 can deep stall very easily (not sure if this is BMS or what). At any rate, I’ll be waiting for your update for mideast 128. Kuwait test has basically been divided into two : (1) kuwait 64, and (2) Mideast 128 and there no third called kuwait test anymore.

in a built TE launcher appeared but there a hole in the wing
PS. when turning in bk 25 the artwork would go over the wing vortex and not the other way round

The missile issue I can look at. The Block 25 issue…that would probably be Jan Has that needs to look at.

I just realized that USAF Blocks 30/32 are not included in the package, perhaps JanHas didn’t work on them. But they are vital to have for kuwait theater (ODS).

same technique of copying and pasting didn’t work with F-16A bk 15, it gave a Frankenstein model. That is just about the only model that didn’t work.

ok Frankenstein model is gone now, apparently I needed to delete files with the same DDS number from korea-hires folder. The A model is fabulous, this is the first time we get an accurate A cockpit from the external view, and the landing lights were accurate too, it’s not the rectangular anymore. Excellent work indeed by JanHas. All we need now is an accurate internal cockpit as well. Also JanHas was careful not to include a pilot with modern helmet. Good work.

In the ITO pack the CATM-120 B and C models are messed up and the red centerline tank has two pylons.

Nothing so far as I can see. For 100% you’ll need to wait longer than two hours after patch drops to find anything small. -

Noob (to skin changes), will these have any effect in MP servers… connecting, data mismatch, etc? And if not, what process is necessary to have everyone see the modded skins?

@icer The issue is not the skins but if you integrate them into a theater and the host doesn’t run the theater without you might get ACDATA missmatch and not able to connect if host has same ACDATA check enabled.
One thing I recommend is to apply Janhas update packs with JSGME so you can easily switch between a theater version with the pack and one without

ONce Jan Has finishes converting the models over from 4.35 to 4.36, I will make another install pack
