That is fantastic work Spbgoro! One thing is not clear (to me), Are the two files below part of the new install or are they added separately? Thanks!

@icer
The ATC update is included in SpbGoro’s new v9 release. Nothing extra to download for that.I will post a separate WDP fix today, which just adds the new airbase (Al Udeid) and carrier Wasp to the WDP database.

Here is regretfully the not-so-good news.
My custom TEs don’t run any longer (so actually some of the previous ones do).
I am afraid that I will have to create them from scratch, then.
Oh well, it means that I will have a chance to have them revisited for good. But… I’m wondering if this could be due to the U3 compatibility or another reason. And if I could solve those issues with Mission Commander.
What do you guys think, please?
With best regards.

What do you guys think, please? The mission commander has a unit export-import function. Perhaps this function can help.

Well… that function actually didn’t help, in my case at least.
But your hint was helpful the same, because it made me think about how to use MC at my advantage.
So I was able to fix those two (in)famous TEs of mine both.
Here you all go… link text
There you can download my updated version of “Operation Telic II” and “The Day of the Jackal” from. Please forgive me in case of always possible errors or issues of any kind (please let me know about by PM).
And have fun, most of all. With many thanks to you, @SpbGoro , and best regards to all.

Victor K.Mk 2 Tanker, 55 sq, Bahrain

You are most welcome, Goro.
And this Victor looks gorgeous… I always loved her since I was a kid.
However… a strat bomber transformed in a tanker, bah.
Thanks goodness there was the Vulcan anyway. With best regards.

Next script for the campaign. (with fantastic assumptions)
Confrontation between the United States and Iran. The most modern toys are used. F-22. EF-2000. MiG-29M. Chinese J-15
-
@spbgoro looks fantastic, I hope we can see the modern version soon. The iranian su-24, I think, is camouflaged and not greyed unless they have the grey and I’ve never seen it.
-
@spbgoro
Now this is an interesting talking, dear Goro! And I just can’t await to see if Santa is going to join you and add some of those reindeers of his to this gift,
But please let me tell you a last minute thought of mine, please.
This is about RAF Vulcan(s): wouldn’t be possible to add these birdies also by force to some campaign of yours, Goro?
I realize in advance that it could be not much historically correct, but I did like them so much anyway… and, tactically speaking as a mission creator (as I claim to be sometimes ), that would be so useful for me to open some possibilities. With best regards.
-
Looking amazing Goro!

Sorry, but there are no free slots yet.
An empty slot TU-16N (refueller) is occupied by Viktor K2.
Empty slot TU-95 is occupied by P-3 Orion as ASW. P-3. Has a high priority, as it was used in the Desert Storm, and is also available in Iran. -

Ok, I added it. Used a slot from the TU-160.
It will exist until the next update of the BMS version and database. Then it will turn into TU-160 again -
I like you theater very much gulf war era is my favorit.
But i do have some questions why is the sa 6 not included. Saddam used his sa 2 and sa 3’s for defence of major cities and the sa 6 for key installations like nuclair plant/factories during desert storm/gulf war
You have the sa-5 included but that one was not used during ds

SA-2 and SA-3 cover cities and some strategic objects. They are located in stationary sites.
SA-6, SA-8, Roland - mobile, they are used to cover airfields and factories, depots and other objects. The SA-5 is not used in the ODS campaign.

As sam’sSorting battalions in TEs by country is more of a formality. Just select the required battalion from any of the countries and set it for the side (country) you need, this will be visible by the color of the battalion that appears on the map.
