Hey, did you guys update the theater coordinates for the new Tacview export? I thought I heard it was done but I still get KTO in ACMI with the new Tacview export.

just wondering if this is a bug or not. I built a TE using block 30, and in the weapon load the TGP was not available but the HTS pod was available. When flying with the HTS pod the HAD page read off as though nothing was connected.

There’s no way to plug it in.yes! that’s exactly what I did, I excluded the HTS pod when flying. But the TGP is not available for that block although GBUs were available. Perhaps the HTS pod was in place of the TGP by mistake?
edit: now I am reading that TGP was not available to any block below 40 during desert storm.

Hey guys.
Not sure if this is a bug or something I’ve done wrong. I flew my first sortie last night, the distance to and from target was huge and required me to refuel twice.
The first tanker was already on station and I hit that one fine, after waiting for 8 others first. Flew to my target, destroyed it and egressed.
Rather than hit the same tanker I flew to another that came on station later, as it was a more direct route to my airbase. I waited in a holding pattern until 06:10 when it was due to start refuelling. When I contacted it from 5 miles it replied “unable”. I tried several more times before limping back to the first tanker with 900lb of fuel when I arrived. This tanker gave me the same response, “unable” and luckily when I contacted awacs for a divert field both myself and my wing were able to make it.
My question is, why was I unable to refuel from two different tankers, despite being on station within their allotted times? It’s not something I’ve struggled with before but it is my first time in this theatre. Is there a limit on how much fuel a tanker will give? It was definitely the busiest I’ve ever seen a tanker station!

@Alfred I have blocked four sounds in Korea (KTO). I just did not care for them. The files I blocked are in the directory “C:\Falcon BMS 4.36\Data\Sounds\Common”. The files I blocked were; “Airflow.ogg”, “AirflowCanopy.ogg”, “Wind.ogg” and WindInCkpt.ogg". Not sure which one you want to disable. I think it may be one of these four. You could try one at a time. What I did to disable them was to rename them to: “BLOCKEDAirflow.ogg”, “BLOCKEDAirflowCanopy.ogg”, “BLOCKEDWind.ogg” and BLOCKEDWindInCkpt.ogg". That way the files are still there. If you decide later you want to enable them again, just rename them (again) by removing the prefix BLOCKED. It’s probably not a bad idea to backup any file(s) before you make changes to them. Hope this helps.

In Dogfight option I pick an F-16 against MIG-29s, but the MIG slams into the ground 98% of the time. I can land just for fuel without one shot being fired!
