How does it work? I’m an engineer but I simply do not get how should work and it provides totally uncomprehensive data.
To me is far simpler simply open the F-16CJ supplement and check the cruise charts.

Well the OP did not ask what is easier for you. The OP asked for “any fuel calculator program” and this is a tool for calculating fuel.
I don’t use it for the same reason as you pointed out but that’s just the way it is.
My fuel calculation is based on what is written down in the Dash-1. -
@dave76
What is reliable; In the end it depends on the pilot and how you control. The Interactive Maps will calculate “A” bingo based mostly on the recommended material here and uses your flight plan to return to home-plate. Drop a TE.ini with flight or Callsign.ini and click the Compass icon and then the Mission tab for distance, fuel, time and bingo values.
It is a good number for your missions.

@dave76 The BMS Kneeboard App has a very basic Bingo Fuel Calculator, and it’s a free app on the google play store - I keep it on my tablet while I fly:
BMS Kneeboard and Planner by Michael “OldGoat5” Evans(unfortunately, it’s not been updated since before BMS 4.34, so not ALL things are useful still)

My experience is that a conservative calculation based on 25gal/mile plus 3,000 for overall overhead (minimum, alternate, A/A engagement, etc.) has always served me well.
But when flying with my monkeys, they can sometimes uses incredible amounts of unexplained fuel, so I’ve learned the hard way to let them have the BMS Loadout recommended amounts, even when it’s much more than I would need.

semler hi!!! this should definetely be what i was looking for but it seems not to be compatible with android…and i have no tablet…
-
@dave76 It is for Android and possibly iOS tho not sure on that one - my Samsung Smartphone is certainly an Android device, and I have it loaded on there. I also have it side-loaded onto my Kindle Fire tablet.
Wish I could help, but I don’t know anything about troubleshooting apps and Android and all that stuff.

ok…but WDP is a more new and accurate version of this ? i understood this reading somewhere…

@dave76 WDP is awesome, and you should use it, but afaik while you can use it to preset a lot of things such as the BINGO, I’m not sure it has a fuel calculator, which is why I suggested the (dated) BMS Kneeboard App and while it has other features that are likely deprecated due to the current version of BMS, the calculator is just a basic ‘input some values and get a value in return’.

ok…unfortunately seems not compatible with a redmi 9 phone although android…:(
-
@dave76 Well, that is something you could troubleshoot or contact support. That is an Android phone running an ARM-64 bit SoC and more than capable. I’d look up this specific issue (“can’t install an android app”) with the keywords of your phone (“Xiaomi Redmi 9”) and see who else has had this same issue, and what they did to overcome it, if anything.
DON’T BRICK IT! Cross reference tips and tricks before trying them, ensure your phone is backed up, or literally have support walk you through what should be done - don’t ever assume, and be careful as you go.

(actually kneeboard page says it is not available for my device…)

Yes WDP automatically calculates BINGO.
Look at the flightplan/ stpt. On the right side you can select fuel values. Which are the bingo values for each and every STPT.
It automatically adjusts if there is a refuel stpt somewhere in the flightplan. And can also be adjusted as you wish by changing the last value for the last STPT. -
i just need a small explanation about bingo fuel to return home …
if i sum 1000 min fuel(updated)+400 vmc pattern+700 alternate +3000 all the route trip fuel…+1000 joker = 6100.
now if i tank 6100 lbs of fuel how can bingo be 5100?meaning.i will burn 3000lbs +1000 joker in the tanks i have left 700+400+1000 ( alternate+vmc+minimum fuel…so bingo shouldn’t be 2100? ( not 5100 that i will achieve shortly after take off still en route…)
can somebody tell me if i am correct?

Bingo without any further detail is not an amount of fuel, it’s brevity meaning you reached a pre-briefed level of fuel that needs to take some specific actions, which are basically to follow your flight plan to home plate - and other stuff related to how your flight will react to that.
It correlates to a fuel state though. It usually correlates to the fuel you need to follow your flight plan safely to home plate from the “farthest” STPT of your plan.
So you calculate what you need from that STPT, adding anything you suspect to be safe (eg additional fuel for a NOE portion). You indeed add 1,000 lbs to get the Joker pre-warning, meaning " I just finish what I’m doing, I’m going to be left with no other choice than running".
If you reach Bingo halfway home, there is no point to mention it usually. If you reach Bingo anytime before your mission is processed, you have to interrupt it and save the plane (you can still keep flying a bit farther probably, but certainly not as far as the briefed mission demands). The only things that enter in calculation of your usual Bingo lay in there.
I’m writing all of this because I actually don’t understand what you’re asking, so I suspect we’re not talking of the same thing.
-
@dave76 You’re over thinking it a bit, I just hit the No. 5 button on the ICP twice and it tells me how much fuel I’ll have left to reach the stpt I’m on. You can adjust your alt & speed accordingly to make it back to home plate.
