-

I’ve been spending some time converting Tomcatz texture tiles to 4.33 and the result looks pretty good so far:
-
Congratulations, the results seem more than impressive… not to criticize anyone for anything, but all the mountain/hills environment in Hellas would be more ‘sunburnt’, while the Korean ones are more driven to the ‘green’ side. Hope I explained myself well enough.
Anyway, it’s fine. Let’s wait to know what the theater devs. would think about.
With best regards,

The current tiles set by “Eghi” is full and confirmed, as also nice.
I’m just finishing the take care of auto generated trees, means a heavy work there.
So for safety and project efficiency we maintain the current ones (tiles).
Anyone that wants, can taste the beautiful work by “Tom Catz”.
Nikos. -
Of course these are optional tiles, for anyone who enjoys variety. The way I convert them is with simple overwrite to the existing ones, without editing the texture.bin file. Good to hear that there is work going on for the auto generated trees.

Great job, as usual, Tom, but, for the life of me, I can’t connect to the hotfile.com; I get time-out at every attempt… Pity, as the tiles look awesome…
Could you perhaps upload the file to your website? -

Could you perhaps upload the file to your website?TommyGun, these links are pretty old and probably dead. Check the date when these tiles were released - they are for 4.32 version. New link will be provided when all the work converting them for Aegean 2.0 (4.33) is done.

Thanks, Airbuster… Clearly, I got so bewitched with the look of the tiles as shown in the screenshots that I failed to check the date released…:frusty::embarassed:
