Which Windows version are you using?
-
Hi gents,
I’d like to get an overview about the Windows versions which you gents are using to run BMS.
For those still running XP or Vista, please choose whether upgrading to Win7 or higher is an option for you or not.
Thanks!

Maybe wise to add: 32bit OR 64bit?

Believe it or not, that is irrelevant for the survey info I need.

Seven Pro x64

Also 7… using it as Long as possible.
For BMS i mean, for Office and that stuff I use Win8.1
-
Win7 in my cockpit setup for BMS only… or els i use MAC
-
Using 8.1 on my laptop but for Btest only, never for “serious play”.
My “home pc” is under XP Sp3 and I will switch to 7 as soon as I have the time to re-install everything. (Need also to check if my hardware is able to manage 64b, if yes, I will go for 7 64x)

Windows XP 32bits yet, I am about to buy new hardware, next few days, and I will for sure install W7.

Xp, have to buy new motherboard, cpu, and ram to run 7.
-
Win 7 all the way.

I imagine this has something to do with BMS, and perhaps maximizing it’s performance based on user install base.
So for that, you have my thanks!

Win7. I seriously doubt I’ll ever touch 8.

Win 8.1, seems to work great for me.

Microsoft never got the memo that I was running on an actual computer and not a smart phone or a tablet so Win 8 was never in the cards for me. Win 7 all the way.
