How can u say no to your Son???
OK guys here is the link: http://www.mediafire.com/download/6u2opx24yqz17ys/Korea+RT+wip3.rar
**First take a backup of your KoreaObj Folder:
C:\Falcon BMS 4.32\Data\Terrdata\objects\KoreaObjPlease do so to avoid searching for the original files afterwards.**
After u download the compressed file extract the contents in the folder
C:\Falcon BMS 4.32\Data\Terrdata\objects\KoreaObjAnd select yes to replace the existing files.
There is and a tickmark on the down left side of this question window so not to click OK for every file. The files will result in an increase of about 1GB of disk space usage.
Some of u might face low FPS. Please tell me so alongside and your system specs. I can - should create and a lower resolution package.
There is no MP compatibility issues other then if u experience very low FPS. Files where tested during MP and no problems where reported. And I mean mixed mode… others had them others didn’t.
First I would like to thank the Falcon original team Second BMS then the guy - guys (unknown) that created or modified those files.
In case I don’t comply with the rules in general or specific please forum admins or BMS members remove the link.
Don’t ask for the PSD files I will release them when I’m fully done with the package.
When done I will create a new thread for this project.
In case the above instructions don’t tell u anything please ask for more details how to install them.
U can use those files for Aegean theater also as it uses the same Airbases as Korea.
Put the files in this folder (don’t forget to backup first):
C:\Falcon BMS 4.32\Data\Add-On Aegean\Terrdata\objects\KoreaObjHaven’t tested with other theaters but if they r based on Korea stock Airbases it will work ok I believe.
So the Lions have entered the arena… Let’s see the game…

Link not working, anyone?

-
Thanks man. I will download it and check it out later this night.

Thanks Chappy.
No, mediafire.com is not replying for me, direct ping to IP does not work.
I can access through anon web proxy, but not directly (tried changing DNS servers in router, mobile phone connection…nada)…
It looks like mediafire.com its being capped by my ISP .
If anyone can upload it to a different site I will be grateful.

Downloading….oooo Arty, I’ll be testing these in the morning, I’ll be back to tell you how great you are.

Ok I downloaded these and just did a copy of the KoreaOBJ folder and copied over the new files so I could easily flip between modded and unmodded. Since Osan was mentioned I went there via the Nav and Timing TE.
A lot of the corners were spot on in the junctions but some were off by a small bit. I’m guessing there is a limitation to some of the taxiway to runway joins as I see that even in your modded one some of the yellow taxi lines are pointed off towards the overrun area. Not sure if real taxiways to runways look like that as well and unmodded showed the exact same taxi lines to overrun.
One thing I noticed right off the bat and I had to flip back to unmodded to see if it was the same was seeing the taxi line and the side lines just appear from nowhere say a plane length and 1/2 ahead of me. Unmodded was the same and I’m guessing why I never noticed it before is because the default colors don’t pop out nearly as much as yours. So the effect is definitely a BMS thing but because the colors were sharp the effect was a little distracting.
I had lined up on runway 09 and instead of taking off I just taxied the length of the runway to get a look at the mod. When I reached the end of the runway I DID get some video hitching right around and in the last block of the runway there. I swapped back to default and duplicated the test as a litmus to the video hitching and got none at that same point on the default.
Overall extremely good work.

When u say video hitching u mean fps drop?
