Realiable sources about BMS realism

And what Dee-Jay don’t tell us is that there are some F-16 pilots in BMS developpement team !
We are several professional (military and comertial) pilots and several licensed PPL pilots … We had four F-16 pilots in the dev team, one left the team for personal reasons but he is still around and still BMS user. The three other are still there (two of them are more or less active) we can always ask them some questions if nesded … and, this is not a secret, we have Stevie here on the public forum who is (iirc) a former F-18 driver and Fox who is F-16. Do I need to mention all of the crew chiefs and mechanics who are quite often giving some (non classified!) details here.
So answer is yes … many RL pilots are devoted to Falcon4BMS.
Even the use of the IFF is not so secret, what is secret is the actual code which is changed multiple time a day.
Ah if we could have that in sim!No need of any real RL pilot for this. Just need a motivated and talented coder … and time.
Edit:
F-18 driver
I’ve forgot Mower! lol

On a side note, being a “rl pilot” do not necessarily mean “being the god of knowleges” … Some ppl better knows some stuff than pilots themselves … I know some IVAO controllers on the web who better masterize standard ICAO phraseo than rl many controllers, I know virtual pilots who perfectly knows the entire APP7 Brevity by heart which some RL military pilot doesn’t … I know some ppl here way more knowledgable about aerodynamics than I am and might demonstrate with maths that some things I feel in my own a/c are not what I believe them to be …
Lets say it is more or less a “commercial” argument … but might be sometimes VERY handy for dev.

My background: I am not flight crew.
My 2 cents: It is a simulator. and realism is limited. The resolution is not the same as my eyes. I have yet to have a compressor stall. I have not pulled 9G when turning. I have not suffered spinal injury from ejecting. I have not died from crashing into the ground…
However does it simulate an F-16? Does it make me believe I am flying one in an air campaign. Yes it does. It has made me fly virtually better, more professionally and also made me understand much more when reading various books, reports ACIB reports etc. I can apply the comments and lessons learnt to my virtual experience. Also I have had reasonably detailed conversations when I speak to a friend of mine who was a pilot (RC-1352 Vietnam and F4 at Edwards). It has made me appreciate all pilots much much more.

+1
And just before I’ll continue eating my porncorn since post 1, just to add, that only a handful real “whatever-ppl” have the ability to recognize this for some ppl external to their “product of their profession” (aka Metallica, One, 5:37).

I work on Block 60s Avionics……

BMS dev doesn’t. (just because I expect some suggestions about Blk60)

…and I don’t believe that anyone but the UAE has them…so that might be rather limiting, as far as which theaters one would put them in. Still…<tweek>…</tweek>

There is not even 1 published real photo from within that bird cockpit, and you are already talking about avionics?
