Sukhoi Su-27/Su-33/Su-35/Su-30 Shenyang J-11/J-15

There is though a chinese version of the KH-31 (not the KH-41), which is a supersonic missile, +200nm range: the YJ-12. It is about 2/3 of the P-270 moskit in size and weight
It can be carried by the H-6 Badgers and the JH-7s more recently. Thus it may be relevant for KTO scenario in the future. It also comes in a ship-launched version.
And I have killed many US carriers in the Yellow Sea recently in CMO….lovely. -
when can we use these models? Does anyone know where I can find the Sukhoi cockpit? please

I strongly believe Radium would love to turn this beast to an EW Jamming platform, somewhat equivalent to the EA-18G Growler…
(Found on FB - Images via by78/SDF and courtesy of HKWY via Huitong’s CMA-Blog)
As it seems, the J-16D carries something like a “family” of new generation EW pods - ESM/ELINT/ECM (?) - eventually designated RKZ930 (?).

I would kindly as firs the Su-24MP because the superpower USSR/Russia (from any theater and scenario) does not have a SOJ jammer plane.

Oh, I am not asking anything, just posting something I’ve accidentally found that just maybe Radium might find interesting one day to implement. No matter the outcome I mean he just needs to know about this (if he didn’t already knew).

Hello,
Thank you to my friend Mav-JP.
I made a big mistake on my Su-35 : there is no longer spine airbrake, but rudder combined airbrakes like F-22 or F/A-18E.
It was long to correct for both model and texture (and I have to take care now of Su-35SK), but VVS Su-35S model is now fully updated.
I also improved LODs, but this is another story.
Cheers,
Radium

Fantastic model

Hello,
coming back on Su-35, I used some special render to texture layers to enhance the final texture :
What do you think ?
Radium
-
@radium glorious! A general model texture question - is it possible to achieve more reflections and metallic sheens/glares with enhancements like those you have used here?

@awmk1 Hello,
I’m not sure that I understand.
I’m always rather conservative with effects, because it may lead to a christmas tree !
For example, DCS Su-33 look nice to the eye.
That being said :
Real Su-33 is never that shiny.
It’s the same with Su-35 :
If you look at top of the engines textures, I already added more metallic effect, I’m a bit worry to add more…
Cheers,
Radium

@radium oh yes wow I missed that at first. Tasteful I agree those real life photos always show it looking dull - with good reason I’m sure
-
@awmk1 from my experience on real fighter aircraft, they are mostly dull !
-
@awmk1 Most of real life camouflage paints are either completely matte or maybe in some cases semi-gloss or satin if you like… And mostly cause of that they do look dull to the eye. Vibrant and gloss color usually used for Airshows etc or for showcasing
Therefore is always something that a lot of us we skipt to attend…
Freshly painted aircraft (in service and not for airshows or whatever) are usually Matte, the same aircraft after use of some months and without repainting looks satin to gloss. If the same aircraft will be left for years so the elements of nature do their job 1st u see the colors to be pale and guess what mmostly is back to matte again! Strange isn’t?@Radium Love it keep it up my friend

This plane is too beautiful to shoot down… Well done Radium!
All the best,
Uwe
