I think you are using a USB stick, right?If anybody has the same issue, please post here and let us know in order to we see if it is an issue on the hardware of friend “TRIGS” or it is a theater related one.

I’m on a warthog myself, I’ve heard bad things about win10 usb devices being forced into some weird power saving mode. Are you on win10 perhaps? Do other theaters work ok for you like the pre-installed KTO?

Just did a couple of test flights using this TE (which works fine in Aegean 2.1 apparently), no control loss or USB disconnection sounds on my end, all’s working as expected (win7, HOTAS Warthog, 1070ti, 24GB RAM).
I used the “manual installer” downloaded from mediafire for this installation, removing the 2.0 folder first before extracting version 2.1.

I have installed the new 2.1 version just per your detailed instructions and all went out fine, of course.
A two days ago I flew in multiplayer mode with three friends of mine, when I experienced this strange issue: as a client, when I tried to join the guy hosting the game, I got the wrong server error message, even after I checked the IP address has been entered correctly.
More weird if even possible, after I closed that button and tried to join the same I succeeded as nothing wrong happened.Who knows, maybe it’s a hidden truly BMS issue instead of your theater’s own one, but I never experienced this in years, so I felt myself obliged to report you that the same.

Anatolian hammer campaign… 2d war test at 16x. blue wins on Day 8 0715
hmm…
1. i supposed this cam favors RED side, but Blue side has stronger air power and soon disable most RED airbases.2. there could have an obj-linking to let GU cross Dardenelles strait.
3. GUs has no human intervention, it proves GUs can cross Bosporus strait area and enter Turkey.
4. Blue ground offensive always targets at Kos PAK, though GUs keep moving toward turkey.
5. lots GU loss in first four days, so i use [add package] function to help/adding pre-plan CAS flights.
6. most GUs are set to be Elite…some could be different level of skill.
7. some RED Engineer units are quite tough…without tanks, they can hurt BLUE armour unit badly. also some RED engineer units with trucks are very resistant to air strike.
8. missing some ac units like A7 and attack choppers.

Most interesting post yours both, ccc and Nikos.
On my little own, I’m tending to argue that all those could be related to the author’s own strategic choices and some personal preferences, even if tactically your remark, ccc, about those engineer units lest ‘alone’, to say it so, should be an main error to be avoided in a virtual battlefield also.
Thanks a lot for let me learn something more once again. This is the real meaning of what all of us think: until we will continue to refine it, Falcon is still.

First of all it can happened to have a specific time conflict at your line.
Second since you were 4 guys online and you were a client, means that 2 other guys connected successfully to the host at that specific time! Means that host didn’t have an issue by his side at that specific time.
So that means something at your side and not at the theater itself ;).
I can think either something at your line or at your modem, and should be temporary for that specific time.
For the moment, no one else has similar issue as also I can’t reproduce this.

FYI i did another cam test at 16x.
this time Blue wins on Day 8 0520.
all GU controlled by AI. all flights generated by ATO.
i did not use [add package] function to add CAS/BAI flights.it proves the settings of air/land power favor BLUE side… and takes 8+ days to win the war.
BTW BuAF su-25s still play the main CAS/BAI role, along with fewer m2kEGM/F-4AUP/Tornado/M-i8/F-16 flights generated by ATO. HAF F-16s did not play significant A-G role.

Blue sword campaign test at 16x. no human intervention.
Blue side wins on Day 4 0815.
in this test blue GUs move really fast and capture Ankara and other inland obj in early days.
and the blue strike ac flights kill 50% of Red GUs before the war ends…in anatolian cam test, blue ac kill 95%+ of red GUs in 8 days. -
The game crashes everytime i lock someone up on FCR in the dogfight module. Tested multiple times. Doesnt happen in other theaters.

I use AYAME to export the MFD. If I want to fly Block52 MFD (both ) and FuelFlow indicator does not work. RWR and moving maps (fictional Block60) yes. Block42 and Block50 has no problem.
