RE: Show BMS 3D view/Mission on non Primary Monitor
If I understand you correctly, I did the exact same thing. Run BMS in Windowed mode, and then when the mission starts (on the primary monitor), pause and drag the screen to the secondary monitor. It can be tricky placing it exactly where you want, but once you get it placed correctly, it will remember each time after that.

RE: Ice’s Falcon BMS Profile Updated for BMS 4.35
First time I’ve tried this and it is outstanding, thanks!
The Setup instructions were perfect, and it works for me on my touchscreen monitor as intended. However, I do have a few small issues. I’ve searched the Forum, BMS manuals, and other online tutorials. I’ve reinstalled from scratch. I’ve tried both in scaled-up to my monitor size and also original scale, and still no luck. I am running on a single touchsreen computer with an external monitor. I run BMS on the second, external monitor and use the first for my extraction. The problems are:
Issue 1: ICP Rocker switch only goes up. Even pressing on the bottom of the buton (finger or mouse), both image and callback only go up. I’m a tru beginer here, but I’ve checked the profile in the editor, and from what I can tell it looks correct, the different positions and callbacks are there and seem right.
Issue 2: The ICP hat switch only goes Up or Left; it does not go Right or Down. Same as above, callbacks in the profile editor look ok.
Issue 3: Rotary switches only go one direction.
These issues occur in helios whether or not BMS is running. Sorry if I’ve missed somehting obvious. If anyone has any idea about how to fix this, please let me know.
Thanks!
UPDATE: The issues do not occur, everything works correctly when extracted on “Monitor 2” instead of switching to Monitor 1. Unfortunately Monitor 1 is the touchscreen… Does this suggest a possible problem/fix?
ThanksFURTHER UPDATE: I got everything working. In my regular computer graphics setup, my external display was my “Primary Monitor.” When I switched my touchscreen “Monitor 1” to be my primary monitor, everything in helios works as it should. Not sure why this would make a difference. Leaving this post in case it can help solve someone else’s problem in the future…

RE: Situation Awareness Compass Fullscreen
For what it’s worth, I am getting this problem, too…

RE: 4.35 Buttons on HOTAS/sound stops working in 3D
I have experienced the same problem: at some seemingly random point, normal key presses stop working, including both mapped from Hotas and also keyboard functions. The axises and dx buttons still work, as do pushing buttons in the 3D cockpit using the mouse. I can’t reproduce the problem in any particular situation so far, but I can confirm it has happened in the first flight in 3D. I may have saved minor changes in a “stock” TE before entering 3D, such as time of day and/or weather. In any event, based on prior experience it feels like a key press may be getting stuck, which seems to allow dx buttons but not other key presses. Is there a way to see a log of key presses? I think that could help…

RE: X52 Rotary Problems
Thanks for the suggestion. I don’t think it’s a regular configuration issue. The rotary axis are mapping to the correct functions. Also, the “properties” setup of the device shows a smooth slide. It’s just that the rotaries are acting as on/off in BMS instead of actually working like an axis. The travel is not working, I can’t get them to stay in the middle of the band…

X52 Rotary Problems
I just noticed that my X and Y rotaries are not working correctly. I am using a DX profile, and am trying to use the rotaries for antenna tilt and range knob. The rotaries look like they are working correctly in various out-of-game setups, but in BMS, they are “all or nothing” from one extreme end to the other. In other words, my AA radar will point at the ground or straight up in the sky, can’t get it to point straight. I see the same in the stock setup and the alternate launcher as well. I’d blame a physical problem, but as I said, everything is looking like it is moving correctly in other setup screens. Searched the forums but can’t find an answer… Any ideas?
Thanks… -
RE: Beta Release: GPT (cockpit texture extraction, remote cockpit control, shm mirror)
Any chance this would work sending MFDs to a new Windows Tablet…?
