Quick Question...
I want to make sure that my key maps and settings are stored somewhere in case I need to uninstall bms or new versions come out, etc. Are my settings and key binds saved under my User>Config folder somewhere? or is there another place to find that file for future use. Thanks for the help.

RE: X52 pro reg mod on ministick stuck at lower bound
@gabrielwong1991 Not sure if this will help you but I have had a very similar issue with my cursor. It constantly slid to the lower left for me even after running reg fix. I actually setup a large deadzone within the bms software (I think there is actually the deadzone buttons to the right of the bars you show in the screenshot above. That seems to have worked because I think there is a weird software driver issue and the game is thinking the mini-stick is being activated. By adding the deadzones it takes that out of it. Now my cursor works as needed.
One Thing to remember though is if you are using the Alternative Launcher you need to set the deadzones there because they will overwrite any changes you make in the game controller setup screen in game. If you aren’t using Alternative Launcher, then disregard.

RE: Alternate launcher and x52 instructions question
@airtex2019 Great! Thanks. I like the AL setup much better that the classic UI anyway. Thanks again.

Alternate launcher and x52 instructions question
I am setting up my x52 per the instructions in the pdf for the HOTAS setups. The problem is I keep reading here on the forums that the Alternate Launcher overwrites any changes I make with the profiles in the game UI. So does that mean that the instructions in the PDF are irrelevant now, and I should just go in and setup my key bindings manually with the alternate launcher? I don’t see anyway to change the alternate launcher profile from Keyboard Full to any other profiles without doing it manually. I am really confused about this. Thanks for the help.

problem with DED not showing up on touchscreen with 4.37
I am running Helios and have updated to be able to run 4.37. When I create my ICP and DED in the new version everything with the ICP works fine, but when I go into the game the DED doesn’t show up on my touchscreen monitor but the inputs from the ICP on the touchscreen monitor work fine and interact with the DED in the game. not sure if there is a setting I need to change or what to get the DED to work on my touchscreen with 4.37. Thanks for the help and sorry if this is already posted somewhere.

RE: New free MFD/ICP app to control Falcon BMS from touch devices
@white_fang think you so much for the help. I really appreciate the information. I was pretty concerned about using the tablet since it was out of its factory support window. Thanks again.

RE: New free MFD/ICP app to control Falcon BMS from touch devices
Quick question. Will this work if I have my tablet plugged into my pc through USB connection instead of on my wi fi network? I have a tablet that I want to use for this but it is older and the security updates are no longer updated by the company (Samsung Tab A) and I am concerned with leaving it on my active wi fi network without it being fully secure. Thanks for the help.

Alternative Launcher download location
Hello, I am sorry because I know this information has to be somewhere on this site but I just can’t seem to find it anywhere. Where is the Alternative Launcher Downloaded from? Can someone please provide the link? Sorry again for asking the obvious and thank you for your help.

RE: Helios and X52 question
@Fish44 Thanks. My apologies they are the thrustmaster MFDs. I will look into the alternative launcher thanks. One more question, if I have an android tablet would that be something I could use Helios for or is it for like touch monitors and things not tablet integration. Thanks again.

Helios and X52 question
Hello, I have an X 52 non-pro HOTAS joystick as well as logitech MFD‘s and the logitech rudder pedals. Is there software that would help with mapping all of these items together? Is Helios that software that would be the best choice or are there other options since I’m not building a SIM rig with multiple monitors and instrument panels? I am really disappointed with the X 52 software and I’ve seen on this site people complaining about that as well, so I am wondering if there is any alternatives that will help make things easier? Thanks for any info you can provide. Sorry if this has been addressed before on the forum, I didn’t see anything really current when I went searching so figured I would just ask.

Weapon Delivery Planner "Loading Callsign.ini" error
Hello, I am having this issue:
Microsoft .NET Framework
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.Conversion from string “Loading Callsign.ini” to type ‘Integer’ is not valid.
I am not sure what to look for from here. I have the details dropdown but don’t know what to look for in there. I am illiterate with this stuff.
I also heard that this error is something to do with a corrupted logbook. I deleted all the callsign.ini files I could find, but that didn’t work. Any continued help is appreciated.

Alternative Launcher and logitech software issue
Hello all,
I hope I am posting this in an ok area (if not feel free to move this thread if necessary). I am setting up my x52 via the alternate launcher and running into issues. So I posted in other thread about the joystick not registering the DX shift pinky switch and after some excellent suggestions I was able to get it to work (kindof). Now I am setting up the key bindings and stuff in the alternate launcher and I can’t it to register the pinky switch. So I have been trying different things and found that if I open the Logitech x52 programming software and have that open as my main active window on the desktop, then click on the alternate launcher to do a key bind, it registers the pinky switch. But, after I save the key map and move to another key map, the alternate launcher no longer registers the pinky switch. So then, I have to go back and click on the logitech x52 programming software and make it the main, active window, then go back into the alternate launcher and the pinky switch works, but after the save of the key map, the same thing happens all over again. This is obviously a huge issue because when I launch the game the game will need to be the main, active window and therefore the logitech x52 program won’t be (even if it is running still on the desktop), so then all my dx shift setups with the pinky switch will no longer work. I have tried them in the UI and in the 3D in-game cockpit and nothing.Any help is appreciated. Thanks again.

RE: Help Setting Up HOTAS
Thanks for info, I will check out the alt. launcher.
Also, thank you for the DX setup for the x52 pro. I have wondered if the x52 pro would work with the x52 but see now that it doesn’t. I will check out the steps though and see which option (launcher or dx setup) will work best.
Thanks again for the help.
